I would love to give you all 5 stars because your broccoli soup is fire. I have ARFID, this soup is one of my safe foods so I order it nearly every day. This is such a disappointment, I only have 11 safe foods. I always order 2 soup that comes with bread, and an extra bread. I get this extra bread maybe once or twice a week. Then suddenly my extra bread was being forgotten at least 3 times a week. So I started adding “I ordered three breads” in the notes box on each item. Not only this, but adding an order note that says “I ordered 3 breads”. Even after this change I did two weeks ago, I’ve only received my correct order twice. and I feel like this restaurant is intentionally making it not possible to enjoy my food. I’m at a loss of what to do about this. Remove one of my 11 safe foods? That sucks.

I absolutely love this Panera Bread location on West Hunt Club! It's become my go-to spot for a quick, delicious meal or coffee break.
The seating area is fantastic—super clean, modern, and really comfy. Whether I'm grabbing a table for a solo work session or catching up with friends, the atmosphere feels welcoming and relaxing every time.
The coffee here is outstanding: always fresh, perfectly brewed, and so tasty. It really hits the spot, especially paired with one of their amazing baked goods.
Speaking of variety, the menu has something for everyone! From a wide selection of sweet treats and pastries to hearty sandwiches, salads, soups, and more—everything is fresh and flavorful. I never get tired of trying new things.
And the customer service? Top-notch! The team is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel valued. Quick service even when it's busy.
If you're in the Hunt Club area, this Panera is a must-visit. Highly recommend

Welcome to Canada and shrink inflation. It’s unbelievable how much smaller the portions have become the price remains the same. Panera bread has always been a kind of a special occasion sort of place to go so I would’ve preferred to pay more for the four or five times a year I go versus deal with these micro portions. It’s hard to do business in Canada. I appreciate that and I’m glad they’re still around. But it’s worth noting the portions are much much smaller.
I usually don’t post negative reviews but I’m a little disappointed in my experience today. Ordered via drive through, not busy on account of bad weather but I needed to pick something up on the way home.
I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup with an apple as a side… the grilled cheese was unfortunately mostly burned, and instead of an apple I got a hard piece of bread- without butter! I get this order often in the winter time. First time I’m displeased- and after seeing the review of a screw in the food I wonder if it’s under new management and I know I won’t be back for a long time
Well I dont normally do reviews like this, but after a few days I feel compelled to do so.
My Gf and I ordered Panera from Uber eats two days ago. I decided to try a vegetarian option based on her recommendation, the mediterranean sandwich and chicken noodle soup.
It was really good until I felt something hard in my mouth after biting my sandwich.... I reached in my mouth and pulled out a half inch screw. I was shocked to say the least.
I figured I would let Panera know that there was a screw in my sandwich. I didnt want a new sandwich, obviously why would I, and frankly I didnt want a refund or anything monetary. Just to let them know about it.
I called and the person who answered was as shocked as I was. She told me to hold while she got the manager. After some time the manager came on and she told me right away that they dont have anything in their kitchen that has screws. I told her thats cool but the fact remains there was a screw in the middle of my sandwich. She told me to take it up with Uber....
I just told her ok, I will do that. I did ask for her email so she could at least see it. (In the email I told her that if there are no screws in the kitchen, she should look at her staff because it got there somehow. Haha)
The more I thought about this interaction the less impressed I was. I asked for nothing from them and got even less. A little empathy would have gone a long way.
So now they can have this review so that others can at least watch their meals for mysterious objects. Lol. Pictures attached.
