Perfect, no complaints there. I ordered the Maple Brisket smash. Did not look as appetizing as the picture. The brisket was the problem. Very little of it and at least 50% fat. It was difficult to discern between what was fat and what wasn't because it was drenched in BBQ sauce and mashed potatoes. It was about the same price as the Fajitas. Compared to the Fajitas, in quality, quantity and appearance, the Fajitas were a 10 and the Smash was a 3 or 4 at the most. If you want to include Brisket in the menu item's name, it should be the highlight of the dish, and it was not. The taste was good, but having to pick through every bite to ensure there was not a lump of fat was a real downer.
