  I visited this restaurant with two friends on Thursday evening and we took advantage of the CAA dining benefit being offered at Montana’s, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Mac provided truly A+ service. He showed genuine care from the moment he took our order, offered great food and beverage suggestions, and delivered service with a smile from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through our CAA benefits for the rib sampler meal, which is something you don’t see very often these days. We even shared a lighthearted moment trying to figure out if we knew each other. Because I thought I recognized him from somewhere else, and he thought of the same of me. The meal was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my visit to the South Keys Montana’s and will definitely be back.

  I took my family out for a well needed outing and decided to go to montanas as it’s been a while and we are from out of town. We arrive and were greeted by the greeter and sat down in decent timing. After waiting a few minutes the waiter arrived and asked what we’d like to hear to drink. We ordered our drinks, received them in decent timing and placed our order right after. After about 10 minutes, we received our app. After that, the waiter did not check with us, but had no problem ignoring our existence while walking by. I finished my drink and needed a refill so I left my empty cup at the end of the table in hopes the waiter will stop and ask how things are and asked if we needed a refill, well that didn’t happen. After he passed us on the fifth time I stopped him and asked him for a refill, which he had to ask what they were again. Got our refills, the waited nearly another 45 minutes with no food or waiter checking in. My 6 year old was getting hungry and impatient so I finally stopped the waiter again and asked him how much longer is it going to take, his reply was it should be ready soon. After another 5 minutes, the food was brought out. I touched my wings, they were cold and soggy, the ribs and fry’s myself and my daughter had were cold, the strips and fry’s for my youngest, cold as well, the only thing tha was warm was the wrap my wife ordered. After the waiter passed us another few times I stopped him and asked him to take back my wings as I was not going to eat cold mushy wings and asked if he can re heat my ribs so that I can at least eat something. He took back those two items, 6 minutes later the manager came out with a new order of ribs, apologized and said that we won’t be charged for them. She said that they were busy with online orders and the kitchen was having a tough time to catch up. I understand that being short staff on a busy night is stressful, but having a waiter who never once checked in or gave us any update about anything, was terrible. So will I ever recommend this location to anyone, the short answer would be a hard NO! I also want to let you know that the restaurant wasn’t even full and they had more then 4-5 waiters / waitresses. The bill still cost 68$ and my wife still tipped the waiter when he didn’t deserve a cent. Thank you Montana for ruining my family night

  Had a lovely experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the service was wonderful. Our waitress, Rachel, was especially kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to others! Plus, this location is very convenient being right across from the Cineplex - perfect for a pre or post movie meal!

  Best service ever by Sheila!!! Our food was amazing but the service was what blew us away. Sheila made our experience 100x better (so friendly, incredibly helpful, she made sure we were so well cared for, and it went a long way). Phenomenal service is hard to come by, so will absolutely be back!

  Sheila was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even better. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Sheila if you’re dining here!
