You forgot the bacon in my crispy chicken bacon deluxe. The chicken was also rubbery. The fact that the service was quick doesn't help much since I didn't enjoy my food. The ice cream was okay.

Je suis passée dans la nuit du 22 février (vers minuit) et le service a été vraiment décevant. Les deux employées au service (elles parlaient français) ont été froides et désagréables, avec une façon de répondre qui donnait l’impression de déranger. Aucune attitude “service à la clientèle”, pas d’effort pour aider ou expliquer. Je n’ai pas aimé la manière dont on m’a parlé. À améliorer.

I have never felt so compelled to review anything as much as I feel I need to right now. Where to start...to begin, I only ever order a coffee and sometimes a bagel and hash brown, and typically I order ahead as it is very close from my office. My order is either ready when I get there or I am waiting 10+ minutes as the poorly staffed crew rushes around to fill the simplest of orders. Today, I witnessed the most disinterested crew member, Emmanuella I believe, read the little receipts on the bags over and over again instead of actually putting any item in them. She would pick a bag up, read it, put it down and repeat. The one time she did bring an order to a customer she dropped a milkshake and stood there for a solid 3 minutes before moving. Not only was her work ethic atrocious but she also looked like she wanted to kill herself and everyone in the restaurant. There had to be at least 10 people waiting in the tiny space for orders. Somehow I waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken and another 5 for it to be ready and throughout that entire time ONLY ONE PERSON RECIEVED THEIR ORDER WHICH HALF OF IT WAS SPILLED ALL OVER THE COUNTER BY OUR QUEEN EMANUELLA. From the time it has opened the location has been understaffed and it appears undertrained. I honestly think a pack of racoons could do a better job.
They are so incredibly slow. As someone that worked at McDonald's before, I've never seen anything like it. I thought it was because maybe they were understaffed, but it seems like they've hired more since opening but service is still very slow. The kiosks have never been able to scan my QR code, and the receipt printer is often empty (or broken?). They once gave me a medium instead of a large fry.
The customer service is also just mid. There's no warm welcome, they kinda just hand you your food (they don't double fold the bags and kinda just aggressively grip it, which I thought was weird as someone that learned to always double fold the bag before handing it out). Overall, the experience is very mid. I think they need a greater sense of urgency since it is fast food, stronger customer service, and better maintenance (which ik can be difficult when it's in a location like downtown).

I ordered a tea 2 hashbrowns cheese egg mc muffin the mc muffin was saturated in whatever your using a oil or butter the English muffin was very oily was dripping off the egg mc muffin it wasnt even edible your hashbrowns where over done to a point they where hard this is not accept to give anyone sure it's fast food why is it oily saturated in oil literally dripping off the english muffin
