Mishandling of online orders and rude staff. Extremely unprofessional experience - staff calling customers names and charging online orders they don’t intend to fulfill or cancel once accepted
We arrived at this McDonald’s well before closing time and placed a mobile order at 9:42 p.m., which was accepted and marked as processing in the app. The restaurant was clearly still operating. However, the drive-through entrance had been blocked, and the front doors were locked, leaving no way to communicate with staff other than approaching the drive-through.
As we attempted to ask about our already accepted online order. One employee shouted “it’s closed for a reason, dumbass” as we were entering the drive-through. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
When we reached the window, the employee became increasingly irritated and stated he would not process the order, despite it already being accepted online. When we asked him to cancel the order so we wouldn’t be charged (it was a substantial amount), he repeatedly said we’d “just get our money back” but never actually cancelled the order, nor provided any confirmation or receipt. As of speaking, the order was still not cancelled. Ahmad at the cash was dismissive and rude
We were stuck in the drive-through for about 10 minutes, during which time we watched staff fully shut down the store nearly 10 minutes before the posted closing time, while refusing to properly address our concerns or communicate clearly.
This location demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inadequate training, particularly around:
• Managing mobile/virtual orders near closing
• Communicating closures clearly
• Handling customer concerns respectfully
If staff are unable or unwilling to fulfill online orders close to closing, those orders should not be accepted in the system. Customers should not be left confused, dismissed, or spoken to disrespectfully because of staff time-management issues.
Management urgently needs to retrain staff on professional conduct, customer communication, and proper handling of mobile orders. This experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and entirely avoidable.

This is a rough location. Ordered two egg McMuffins and a coffee, both English muffins were stale (toasting a stale English muffin isn’t going to fool anyone) and the coffee seemed really watered down.

Ordered a large double double and two McDoubles.....I received a medium coffee of unknown mixture and an apathetic shrug upon being informed if the mistake. Brutal.
