I went to this location today. And I witnessed to worst customer service from the manager at this location. Not only was his customer service terrible but he denied someone service and said it is because he is choosing to close earlier and when the customer asked why he said because he is choosing to. He denied service at 9:40pm when this location closes at 10:00pm. And did not apologize whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. No customer should be denied service especially at a fast food company. This completely ruin my day and I will not be ordering from McDonald's at this location again. Please ensure your workers have minimum respect for customers. Thank you đđđđ
I understand how reviews can impact businesses, but this is McDonaldâs, not a small local shop, so thereâs no excuse for this experience. There were barely any options available, no proper menu, and very limited choice. What was most disgusting was the lack of hygieneâemployees were handling food with bare hands, had abnormally long nails, and were not wearing gloves or hair nets. That is unacceptable for a fast-food chain of this size. The fries also had a very strange taste and were not good at all. I do not recommend this location. McDonaldâs can definitely afford basic food-safety suppliesâgloves and hair nets can literally be bought at Dollarama. This place seriously needs to do better.

I went to the Macdonalds at the gas station on st laurent. I have ti say christina (first assistant) it said on her tag seemed pretty rude to the other employees and didnt seem friendly. She wasn't too bad to me but personally I wouldnt want to work next to her if I worked at McDonaldâs. The good was great though.
Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, one of which was a sausage and egg âvalue mealâ, 3 times this worker asked if I wanted egg and 3 times I said yes. Finally I said I donât understand the questions Iâm ordering an egg & sausage breakfast sandwich.
Arrived home with my family, and the breakfast sandwich was sausage on bread, no egg. I drove back, full on arguement with this worked whoâs defence was âit was $5â and she admitted she asked me 3 times but disregarded that I said yes 3 timesâŚ..why else would I drive back and fight for the correct order. The supervisor in the background of thre photo offered nothing, I had to fight for the $6 refund on could reorder and pay for the another sausage and egg McMuffin.
Side note, they admitted the muffin I received was 2 days old and responded âits was all we haveâ as an excuse.
Where is dept of health, clearly now hairnets or gloves in this location.
We will never return!
21 min to place order, pay and pick up. Absolutely disgusting. I had to yell at the speak to get some attention after 7 mins of waiting, and there was only one car in front of me. There is absolutely no justification to be waiting that long EVER. All they do.is stand around and do nothing but pack Uber east orders while the rest of wait. To the store manager Don, do better, have better pride because its a reflection on you.
