got delivery, missing nuggets, got cheese burger instead of mcdouble, mcchicken had nothing on it (everything in the box but nothing on the burger) and overall everything was cold (which was to be expected given we got delivery). would avoid if possible.

When ordering takeout at the McDonalds at 594 Montreal Rd. in Ottawa, ALWAYS check your order before leaving the restaurant. Even though we've been burned by this location several times in the past, I forgot to check my takeout order today and once again they shorted my order. I ordered 4 McMuffins and they only put three in the bag. By the time I walked home, it was too late and I didn't want to walk the 2km return trip to get the order corrected. Once again, I'm left angry that I paid them money for them to not give me what I ordered. ALWAYS check your takeout order from this location. When will I ever learn not to trust them? It makes me so angry that I don't return for several months and by then I forget that I must ALWAYS check my takeout order. Hopefully I remember if I visit again in 2027.

I liked the food and got it quick! The people working there are a bit weird as they were staring at me very oddly the whole time…I’m not sure why the burger is not properly placed and is all over the place.

I’ve seen prisons more inviting than this location. The only thing colder than the atmosphere was the food, which looked and tasted like Temu versions of normal McDonald’s. The limited staff were dead behind the eyes, with nary an apology for forgetting to include the main item in our order. Looking to wash down your disappointing meal with a beverage? Better make it last, because there is no drink machine for customers. Whoever runs this franchise should be embarrassed.
