Blatantly tried to force me to wait while they correct their mistake. Setting terms to how I am to receive my food after I paid for it. Ultimately, this manager in the picture is waiting outside, who refused to give my my order at the window for over two minutes holding her line in the sand affecting everyone else. By the time I realized she was standing in the cold I took a picture and five minutes had passed. Unfortunately not willing to give me my paid for product with my own dignity intact and their own. A really disgraceful way to conduct themselves after their mistake.
