I politely asked for an extra sauce and was told I’d have to pay for it, which I was fine with. But then the employee said I’d need to go back around and wait in the drive-thru line again—just to pay for one small sauce! I had already waited 15–20 minutes in line, and this kind of attitude toward customers over something so minor is ridiculous. Purely disappointing and terrible customer service. Instead of making the customer happy, they made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. A little bit of kindness and common sense goes a long way — clearly, this location could use a reminder of that.
