so i am verry mad so i took my son to grt food and they took my oder but when i went to pay for the food with rolled nickles thry told me sorry we dont take thst i was like are you for real ur gonna not twke candain change my son was verry upset so the manger of this place needs to do better cuz this was verry sad my son was upset and also they weere verry rude so dont ever go there with change cuz they will tell u they dont twke it makes me sooo bad but what really up sets me its i seen them take change not rolled but when u roll the chsnge its nope we dont twke it they need to hirre better people to mange this store verry poor service as welll

Instead of arguing with a customer take the time to listen to what they ordered…I
Ordered a 5$ Mc value meal with a large fry. And wanted to charge me well over regular price all because she added a medium drink because she felt like it
Tried explaining myself three times I wanted a large fry only and regular small drink she proceeded to tell me it’s the system not her and gave a smug attitude
Guess what sweetheart that’s the second night in a row you try to over charge me time to go back to the training wheels clearly quite pathetic watching her thinking she’s right with that type of attitude again pathetic…. Take the drive and go to another Mc Donald’s guys this place sucks
Also asked for seperate orders and looks like I got stuck paying for everyone’s food just wow guys…..management must suck if there allowing all this to keep happening on a regular basis

Pathetic service and extremely poor customer handling.
I visited this McDonald’s location expecting normal service, especially since it is advertised as a 24-hour location. However, I was told by a staff member that the store was closed, which was both confusing and frustrating.
What made the experience worse was the rude and dismissive attitude of the lady I spoke to. There was no proper explanation, no courtesy, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally.
If a location is listed as 24 hours, customers should not be turned away without clear communication. This was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience. I expect much better service from a brand like McDonald’s.

i’d give 0 stars if I could. they some how combined the two meals ordered, and then when they realized they did this, their machine wouldn’t work to pay the difference so they asked me to go to the end of the line (the line was over 10 cars at this point) to wait to pay for the meal they messed up. 0 customer service skills.
