    Typical McDees, their kiosks still don’t work very well. This particular location is exceptionally scruffy, torn up furniture, rough wash rooms. Most disturbing was numerous vagrants sleeping in the area just outside the washrooms. Disgusting. Be prepared to be accosted by vagrants just outside, begging for food while smoking cigarettes and playing on their cell phones!

    Most pathetic trained staff at this mcdonald's. They gave me a wrong order(beef instead of veggies at drive thru) and when I went in to let them know so they could fix it, the staff just smirked saying they will change it. No sorry nothing. Then as she took it back in the kitchen I see them just laugh off the mistake. Do we as customers don't even deserve the basic decency of how they manage a mistake done by them. Terrible.

    I went to this McDonald’s with my girlfriend last night And I ordered a mc double meal with no mustard and pickles because my girlfriend is allergic and the burger had both we went back and they could not remake it so we said it was okay and left and today we come in and I ordered on the kiosk and again I put no mustard and I accidentally put no ketchup instead of pickles so I asked if they could change that and they said they already made the burger so I asked if I needed to buy another which I would because my partner is allergic and they said yes they can remake it but when we got home my girlfriend went to take a bite of her burger and smelt pickles meaning they just took off the burgers and never remade it they could just informed me that they did not want to remake it And I could have paid for a whole new one but instead what they did was lazy and honestly disrespectful they could Have seriously harmed my partner.
