Always check your order immediately, because they constantly forget items, like fries etc, or give you a completely wrong order or incorrect items such as different burgers etc. They also forget basics like straws, or ignore custom requests to remove certain ingredients. And don’t even try using the parking-lot pickup where an employee brings the order out - expect to wait 30+ minutes.
