Asked for no pickles since I have an allergy only to find pickles on my burger when I got home. Will not be returning here. Simple instructions for health reasons shouldn’t be so complicated. Money wasted

This is one of the most disturbing things that has ever happened to me at fast food that revealed a very lazy behavior. That is really gross now in the pictures underneath I am going to show you what is a sticker that they had put over top when I paid for the burrito as when they actually had made the burrito trying to trick me so one sticker is for 11:10 AM 1/3/26. I’m the original sticker it’s faded but perfectly stuck to the other side of the second sticker is 12:56 PM 1/2/26.
Luckily, I was curious enough to see why they double sticker it before I ate the burrito.

Glad this wasn't a drive through. They managed to get everything wrong with the order made over the self-serve touchscreen: options selected are not respected, missing a pie and an ice cream. Had to go to back the counter 3 times. Obviously these people ain't having a blast working there either, replace them with AI, hiw hard us to to automate burger stack up? 🤣 At least get better quality control.

Need to fix the designated spot for delivery drivers. Apparently the bell doesn’t work so then I’m stuck waiting 20 min in the drive thru while the order is sitting there for awhile.

I arrived in the drive thru at 4:40 and they ignored me on the speaker. I then drove up to the window and knocked and the guy wouldn’t even come to the window just made a sign he’s closed. Why is the store shown to be a 24 hour location if both inside and drive thru is closed. And if it was something out of the ordinary the drive thru should be barred off and it shouldn’t say 24 hour service if it’s not 24 hours.
