    I ordered around $11 worth of food and they tried to charge me $50+ ?? When I told the employee there’s no way my order was $50+ he just said “oh” and seemed annoyed that he had to fix it. At a later date I ordered 2 burgers and only was given 1, and I’ve literally never had a fresh bun from here they always have hard stale buns . Not going to this location again I’ve never received good service or food I can actually eat.

    Manager was being very rude for no reason, I tried using my employe discount, but the app wasn’t working so i showed her multiple emails with my schedual and name on the schedual and said what my employee number was after she asked me to, then when everything matched up she again refused to boasting about how she worked there for 25 years and she knows what the rules are even though she had asked to see my schedual a couple seconds earlier. Would rate it negative stars because but the minimum was 1

    Although the food is exceptionally standard across all the McDonald's, can't find a fault there. But I do have an issue with though. Is the force pushed to using the Self-Serve kiosks. I timed it. I stood there approximately 6 and 1/2 minutes at the counter before having to ask someone to help me. I understand being busy, I do not expect to be served the second that I arrive. What I do not understand though is why there's not a single person working at the cash. I stood there and washed as another gentleman went to the mobile pickup canner and tried to play some order there. This location Shirley needs to work on this customer service. When I finally did get in contact with someone, they were the most pleasant, wonderful people I've talk to in the last few days. My only issue is with their focus on drive-thru and order Times rather than proper customer service

    They don’t understand how to read English, or understand it even though the the girl through the drive thru spoke perfect English. Ordered a DOUBLE Big Mac, couple extras with a large milk shake on the side. Got the the cash the girl said she punched in a medium by accident. Paid, took the other. Looked at the receipt that was in the bag. Sure enough, she punched a large in went through the drive thru again. Got the correct drink. I’m now at home, I go to say my DOUBLE Big Mac. Please explain to me how I got a regular Big Mac? Correct your workers. They are ripping off people when it’s not even busy, there is 0 excuse for their laziness and the lies they’ve told.

    While i don’t often have issues coming here. I had questions for the cashier today so I did not do the kiosk order. What appeared to be one of the managers was shouting at the cashier to make prepare coffee between orders. The cashier was like okay sorry, but the manager kept saying it and how she wasn’t going to be making the coffee orders the cashier is piling up. So everytime I had an opportunity to speak the manager kept interrupting the transaction and was quite rude to the employee. While I was waiting on my order she was bad talking the employee and got another manager to do coffee because “she’s just not doing it”. It was rude… coaching should happen offside if ya know what I mean.
