We were greeted at the door with big smiles, welcomes and even a free sample! The greeter then asked if first visit and proceeded to provide a guided tour (even tho the store was packed). There were flavors i didn't even know existed and was offered free samples of any i was interested in (pistachio didn't work for me). I bought pre-packs of a few and my friend did a custom box of his favorites. It's sold by weight so if there are too many, some are removed. Likewise if under, some added. I would totally return and encourage people to visit.
