  beyond disappointed. i placed an order at 4:30, my boyfriend gets an email to confirm the order and at 4:40, it said it would be ready by 4:45. he gets to kfc at 4:53 and he is told to wait 5 more minutes, no problem. about 20 minutes later, he is still left waiting. he tried to ask an employee how much time left and he was ignored. at 5:23, they tell him they dont have hot wings and asked him if he wanted tenders instead. for an order to be ready by 4:45, there is no reason that he is told our order was lacking something nearly 30 minutes later. so we change and say yes to tenders. 5:29 and they still cant tell him how much longer.. at this point, im irritated. i had even asked my boyfriend if it was busy and he said no. so now im wondering why our order is taking over 30 minutes? i decide to call the establishment and ask why its taking so long. finally at 5:49, he gets the order. to make everything more upsetting, the ‘large’ popcorn chicken doesnt seem like a large anymore. edit: receipt says ‘promised time 4:51pm’. so why did we get our order a whole hour later?.

  I had the festive chicken sandwich. The fries were ice cold and the sandwich was luke warm. Otherwise the dining area was clean and well kept. The service was friendly.

  I ordered via Uber eats, and they do not have an option on Uber eats to customize the sandwiches, I left a note in the customer notes section specifying. Please do not put mayonnaise on my sliders. My food arrives and not only are both sliders smothered in mayonnaise, but the fries are also ice cold. I was also left a note on my receipt. Basically saying too bad about the Mayo, customize your sandwich next time, despite the fact that there is no customization option for KFC through Uber eats. When I called to complain about the matter, the employee who answered the phone kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my situation and kept insisting that there is in fact a customization option. Despite the fact that I informed him I went back and took screenshots of the whole process and there is no option to edit the sandwiches. I was also lied to about the fries. The employee told me the fries had been made 5 minutes before getting packed into my bag. Given that the fries are completely cold that cannot possibly be the case, as I do not live a far enough distance from the location I ordered from for the fries to get ice cold between the location and my front door and the Uber driver did not take long to get here. Don't ever bother ordering from this location, it is not worth any of the hassle.

  Terrible service. I placed an Uber Eats order for 4 boxes from KFC, and the restaurant only sent 2 boxes, without any drinks, and the food arrived cold and disgusting. Considering that one box costs $20 + tax, this is completely unacceptable. I called the restaurant to explain the situation. Someone who sounded like the manager answered and told me: “Give me 5 minutes, I’ll call you back.” Result: no call back. I tried calling again several times—no answer. I waited more than 40 minutes in total and never heard back from them. Honestly, this is a huge lack of respect toward customers. This was my first and last time ordering from this location. I strongly recommend anyone reading this review to stay away from this KFC.

  If you tried ordering online for pickup at this location yesterday, sorry, the guy at counter wanted me to call some 1-866 number to get it fixed for him…if your KFC location doesn’t come up on the app, its your problem, not mine. Hope you lost a whole bunch of sales yesterday thanks to your sad attitude.
