They did not pick up any phone calls after so I can't even dispute this charge and get it reversed. I called the general KFC line as well but they said i need to call the store to get it refunded.

I believe her name was Palwinder... was working alone, handling both the drive-thru and inside orders. I placed an order for 14 pieces of chicken, and she politely asked me to wait for 15 minutes. The wait was absolutely worth it the chicken was fresh and tasted great, and the service was excellent. She kept apologizing to everyone for the wait and maintained a smile the entire time, which I really appreciated. KFC should definitely cconsider hiring more staff during busy hours.
