  I came to this location today and ordered my food so i can eat there. But the place was freezing and i dont know how the employees were working. Its really hard for me to eat there so i left with my order. It’s very unprofessional and unsafe as they dont care about the customers and their own employees well being.

  No heat in the restaurant. I gave up waiting after 20 minutes and left without my order. It deserves zero stars, but one is the lowest option that I could select.

  I was really disappointed with my experience. While I was ordering, I noticed the person working in the kitchen was not wearing a hair net, and his hair was flying around while preparing the food. That made me very uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness and food safety. Basic hygiene standards like wearing proper hair covering should always be followed, especially in a kitchen. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to feel confident about the food being prepared.

  I ordered a 4 piece original recipe box meal. The taste was okay (but oily but okay). But the order was for a 4 piece meal, and what I got was 2 pieces okayish and 2 half pieces. Just wondering, if you had put 4 chicken popcorn pieces, would you still call it a 4 piece meal? I mean technically it's still 4 pieces.
