I had a great experience at KFC today. Ayub provided excellent customer service , he was friendly, polite, and very welcoming. He even gave me fries with my order, which was such a kind gesture. Thank you, Ayub, for making my visit special!

Only came to this location a handful of times. Half the time nobody is even there to take my order. Sometimes I'll go to the drive thru and no one answers then I'll go inside and either there's some guy cooking who never even acknowledges your existence or there will straight be no one there. Also recently when I ordered poutine the bowl was probably filled like 1/4 of the way and it was basically a snack. Won't be returning to this location

We ordered a 3-piece chicken meal, a Zinger sandwich, a Zinger wrap, and two sliders. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The chicken pieces were soaked in oil and not enjoyable at all. The staff member who took our order was also not very professional in his behavior. He kept calling out to a staff member named Sumayya repeatedly at least 10 times while we were ordering. Even while we were eating, we could hear him constantly calling her to do various tasks. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I hope she gets treated with more respect and given some breathing space.
Overall, it was a pathetic experience. This was my first experience at KFC Canada, and most probably my last as well.

The staff member who took our order was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept interrupting us while we were ordering and repeatedly walked away to the kitchen mid-order. At one point, he was calling out to “Sumaya” in a loud and unprofessional manner in front of customers.
When our order was ready, he called out a 2-piece chicken combo, even though we clearly ordered a 3-piece chicken combo, a Zinger burger, a Zinger wrap, and two Mighty Melt sliders. This made us question whether our order was handled correctly at all.
To make matters worse, the fizzy drinks tasted off and were not drinkable. Overall, the service was chaotic, rude, and far below the standard I expect from KFC.
I hope management addresses the staff behavior and overall service quality at this location.
Terrible Experience - Will Not Return
This was my first time at the Bells Corners location, and it will be my last. It was a genuinely terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered Matt’s Melt sliders, chicken, a Spicy Zinger sandwich, and a Zinger wrap, but getting the order placed was a nightmare.
The service was chaotic and unprofessional. The staff member taking our order constantly cut us off to shout questions at a coworker in the back (Sumayya). He was shouting back and forth to check stock on every single item, making the ordering process incredibly frustrating. This wasn't just a one-off moment; while we were dining in, he continued to shout while taking other customers' orders, creating a very stressful atmosphere.
The food was even worse. The chicken was completely drenched in oil—it felt like drinking oil directly. The Zinger sandwich was incredibly dry, and the fries were stale. The food looked nothing like the advertisements; it felt deceptive. For nearly $20 a visit, nobody wants to pay for dry, stale, or greasy food.
I now understand why this location is never busy. I’ll would rather go to Chick-fil-A, where the food is consistently hot and the service is respectful. I doubt this location will last long operating like this.
