The small plate was half empty and 2 pieces of chicken were thin like chips, mostly batter almost no meat. It went pretty empty for a Fri night.. bright side is we could request Raptors game on TV but the shrinkflation has gotten out of hand! 😔

However, tonight there was a Trivia Night we weren’t aware of, and it was quite loud, which made the evening less enjoyable than usual. Not sure if this is a regular event, but it might be a deterrent for us to return on Wednesdays if it is.

She was incredibly kind and personable, cracking jokes & genuinely seemed to be having a great time. I ordered a Caesar and my wife a pop and when I was almost done she brought water & another pop, no need to ask for the refill or a water. It truly seemed like this was her every day normal but something as small as that can have such a large impact. Great customer service is becoming hard to find, but I would come back & request Anne again five times over.

I used to eat there and finish in a state of bliss over how good it was. Downward trend started about two years ago. Picked up takeout today, and it was horrible. Especially the chicken. 130 grams of mummified chicken scraps, (weighed it) not a whole breast like it should be. Five sprigs of overcooked broccoli. "Loaded fries" had a sprinkle of picco type mix, and gourmet tiny scraps of bacon. My wife's salad was so tiny, blue cheese dressing tasted like chemicals and not a speck of blue cheese anywhere. Soggy onion rings, seemed like the oil was not hot enough. The cheese dip tasted like they spilled the entire salt shaker in it. The servings are getting smaller and smaller as the prices go up. Over 60 bucks for that. I am done with this place, done

Sat at our table next to the kitchen door and server’s station only to be completely ignored by everyone for far too long, until sweet and very hardworking Ann(e?) came to say hi and ask if we’d been approached by her colleagues. We laughed and said definitely not. Ann brought us drinks and took our order. Food was ok. Beef tenderloin was full of fat-not good. Took quite a while to get our bill. Wouldn’t recommend and probably won’t return. Kelsey’s South Keys has gone downhill in past years. They are very fortunate to have Ann(e?) as their employee though, this lady never stopped, and she was lovely!
