- IEInam E5 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Carling location on Friday the 14th. The blonde woman working at the cash was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked if I could have my burger put on my own gluten-free buns, she looked at me like it was a problem and answered with attitude every time I asked a question. Because of the way I was treated, the whole experience felt unpleasant and to make things worse, my meal was so bad it actually made me feel sick afterward. This was honestly one of the worst visits I’ve had, and I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.

- LMLou's Small Moves.Oct 4, 20252.0My only issue there today was the girl wo was going to prepare my burger for fixings had just served a man a Buffalo wrap with hot sauce, She did not even change her gloves after coming into contact with the hot sauce, I had to stop her from picking up my burger at the heat lamp! Luckily the guy at the cash ended up doing my fixings. Staff should automaticly change gloves after coming into contact with hot sauce. If I was not looking I would have had an alergic reaction! When I stopped her and told her that she had come to contact with hot sauce and did not even change her gloves, Her reaction was "Oh ya".
