  Ordered a burger meal and was told my card declined so I tried again and it went through. Well seems they charged me twice for the same meal. I called and the manager told me I would get a credit the next day but never recived it. Paid $30 for a small friggin burger with onion rings. Most exspensive burger I ate. Use to eat here a few years ago and this never happened. Will never go back there again.

  Inconsistent in the drive thru asking what I want on my buffalo chicken wrap. Took me 4 times until someone was like "what would you like on it"? Didn't even know I had a choice. Haha. Very nice otherwise!

  Every single time there fries are soggy and soft cause they don’t cook them longer. The poutine taste more like mashed patatos cause is not cooked well enough. Burger and hot dogs are good.

  Love Harvey's been a patron from day one, sure wish they would go back to the original hamburger buns. The brioche style they use now do not do justice to the famous Angus burger I love.

  I ordered on their website a few weeks ago and the order never arrived. I called and was told that my oder was made but a delivery driver didn't come to pick it up, and that I need to call back the next day to ask the manager if I wanted a refund. Since 2 hours had passed since the estimated delivery time, I asked if I could get my order made fresh and come pick it up instead. I was told I would need to pay (again) in store to get a fresh order which I decided not to do since I had no guarantee on a refund for my online order yet. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the issue was with Uber and that they would need to issue my refund. I was even told how to contact Uber to get updates. A week later I didn't get any updates and realised there was no way to contact Uber since I paid through the Harvey's website. I called again and spoke to the manager and he eventually Said he'd talk to the area manager. That was a week ago and I still didn't get an update. I paid partially by credit card and by gift card and couldn't get an answer on how to get my gift card money back. I'm mainly writing this review because of the poor communication. Also, I've called the store and spoke to the manager so many times and I didn't once get an offer for a coupon or meal at the value of what would've been refunded. I wouldve settled for that. Now I still haven't received any compensation or updates. I was also told by the initial staff member and the manager that the website doesn't always work and this has happened to other people...so why hasn't this been fixed and why isn't there a plan in place to compensate people who have paid for a meal they didn't get? Edit: Shortly after my review I received a call from the manager who offered a gift card. Despite the time it took for an update, I appreciate the compensation.
