  Dear Patty. I had said something not so great recently and would like to explain why. I was in Toronto, struggling a bit but having a fun time! (I have since returned and yet want to, return, 🔃🔂🔙 to Toronto.) I had said what I had said to be mean and to cause trouble. (I had done this to some others as well.) I did not mean the words that I said to you. I hope that all is well with you and the store. I do hope to contact you in the future. At least briefly. Please do take care of your Health and the Health of Your Concerns. It is about all that we have, ourselves. 🙏🏻

  I ordered fries to go at this location. While still at the counter, I opened the bag, there were some short curly light coloured hairs on the fries. I brought it to the attention of an employee that told me thy would gladly replace the bag. Except she told the other employees that I claimed to have found hairs but she “assured” them that it “wasn’t any of ours” because the hair was long and dark. (I have long dark brown hair which was tied back that day.) She then came back to me to say, “idk how that got in there… maybe it’s your hair.” She smiled and walked away. At that point, I returned to cashier to request a refund. The same employee came over to ask why I wanted my money back. “Because you told me it was my hair.” Cue the gaslighting and telling me that she was only joking, it was just a joke and that it wasn’t what she meant at all. There was no apology. She passed if it off like I just misunderstood the whole situation. This entire conversation happened while other employees watched. Meanwhile I’m tearing up waiting for her to finish with my request. “I’ll process the refund but we’ll still give you the fries anyway.” Of course, I REFUSED the fries. No thank you, the humiliation and profiling was enough. I’ll never go back to this location again.

  HOLY GUACAMOLE THE PERSON WEARING A RED SHIRT TODAY WAS AMAZING TO BE MORE SPECIFIC THEY HAD A RED HAT AND BLACK PANTS! They certainly need a raise! I meant to say this yesterday but was busy. The cashier was actually I think named Camee if I remember right. I asked so I could leave this review lol. I see her from time to time always serving a smile and being super friendly! I think she deserves all the tips in the jar!

  Exelente buenas hamburguesas buenas porciones las papas muy buenas y el datalle de los cacahuates...uff tienes que agregar que son canadienses y que la comida en Canadá no es precisamente lo mejor sin embargo esto parece de otro mundo!!! Genial.!!!

  Nothing like eating peanuts 🥜 😋 and waiting for your fresh burger at Five Guys. I ordered one burger meal and tipped 15% and the bill was $34. So it is quite pricy 🍔 when you walk into the store, there are cute silver shovels for peanuts, and it's active and fun in the store. Fun music selection too. Fries 🍟 are as good as the fresh fries we had I Tremblant, Quebec. Actually Trembleny SoCal restaurant fries are a little better. Staff seem to have fun while working because I saw them sing along Elton John Crocodile 🐊 song.
