Not suitable condition for an ice cream cake, but the store supervisor justified the condition and suggested it was "normal" and all their cakes look like this. They clearly have a freezer issue. A location to avoid, particularly with their poor customer service, and the fact that this is the cake they chose to send me.

The mint Oreo was super. The 2 turtle blizzards each had about 4-5 pecans in it. I called the store. A young man answered. I explained. He said oh well, will make sure it doesn't happen again. I asked nicely to speak to manager. He did not put me on hold, I could over hear and they were making comments....such as seriously she asked for me? What did you even say? These were male/female voices. Then they hung up. I tried calling back....of course no answer. I feel bad for the owner....having staff and a manager treating a customer in this manner. How disappointing for them and us.
- MZMike ZOct 10, 20251.0Today after I finished dinner and I still needed to bring food&drink to home, I went to front desk area to pick up a tray; no cashier at front desk so I just take it by myself - just as what I did in this restaurant before, then a lady came from kitchen and told me I should ask someone for help but not take it by myself. I went to so many different restaurants and never had a problem picking up a tray by myself. If you changed the rule, please put a note over there or move those items to staff-only area.
