My experience here was mid, hence the 3 star review.
Staff seem extremely stressed. I understand it’s a new location but surely they could have brought in staff from maybe the Rideau location to help out at the beginning.
I also agree, the portion sizes are small. I brought it up to them and they seemed weirdly proud of this fact? Quite strange if you ask me! Not sure if this is coming from the top, or if this is store specific, but if you’re looking for a good bang for your buck, this location is not it.

Btw the 5 star review on this page is from the assistant manager! Everyone else rated 1 star today. Seriously - she has a LinkedIn profile saying she’s the assistant manager at chipotle.
EDIT:
No way! After I left this review, “Maurie” and “Sejal”, both Chipotle managers, dropped 5 star reviews for here and said the “portions were great”. Can’t make this up folks, just google the names attached to the 5 star reviews. Their LinkedIn profiles are all chipotle!

Went to this Chipotle today and honestly I'm not sure what was going on. The portions were extremely small. My bowl looked like it was already half-eaten when they handed it to me.
Even when I asked for a little more of something, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. The staff seemed really unorganized, and everything took way longer than it should have. For a brand-new location, I expected a much smoother experience. Definitely not worth the price right now. Would rate 0 stars if I could :)

Friend in question to above review. I was really excited about this new location since it’s so close to my house, but I ended up feeling pretty disappointed. My bowl had so little rice it didn’t even cover the bottom, and the whole experience felt disorganized. The manager was honestly the only highlight — super friendly, welcoming, and professional — but the rest of the staff seemed confused and unprepared. Overall, I’m really upset because I had high hopes for this spot. Recommend going to chipotle on Innes, as they always deliver fast, friendly and get service.

I don’t know what kind of operation this new Chipotle is trying to run because 1 star is too generous! From the moment I walked in, it was clear the staff had two goals: give out as little food as possible and take as long as humanly imaginable to do it.
I’ve never seen stinginess executed with such enthusiasm. They scooped my protein like they were rationing supplies during an apocalypse—then had the audacity to shake off the excess. And apparently asking for lettuce is a controversial request here, because I had to repeat “extra lettuce” three separate times just to get a barely noticeable sprinkle on my bowl. Such a simple request that was met with attitude!! At that point I felt like I was negotiating a hostage release, not ordering a meal.
Three employees stared at the assembly line like they’d never seen a burrito before.
To make things worse, my friend paid extra for queso and was handed what can only be described as half a cup and honestly, even calling it half feels generous. She had to ask for extra rice, lettuce, and cheese multiple times!! If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least pretend to fill the container.
If you’re looking for frustration, disappointment, and the culinary equivalent of getting shortchanged, congratulations: this is your place.
Otherwise, do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else, the Chipotle on Innes is 1000 times better!!
