- NTNatalia Tobon3 days ago1.0I ordered a steak burrito and counted maybe seven tiny pieces of steak—the rest was basically a rice burrito. I usually love Chipotle, but I’ll definitely be skipping this location. I’d much rather go to the Rideau location, where they actually understand what “steak burrito” means and the portions are worth it.

My husband's burrito bowl ordered with barbacoa was half empty with not an ounce of meat. Mine seemed to be okay but instead of fresh salsa and corn salsa, it was simply tomatoes and corn. VERY disappointed and we likely won't be back sadly.

Second guy picked it up and then went onto somebody else and then a third person picked up finishing our order which was a salad and two tacos, chips and queso by the time everybody was finished assembling and moving around the food was cold and they forgot the chips but charged me for the queso then they forgot to give me the queso and gave it to me during my meal. There was only 20 seats at the Lansdowne location. The music was so loud the staff could not hear people giving their orders and vice versa, terrible first experience will not go back again
- CHCeline HDec 16, 20251.0Very inconsistent portions. The guys at the front were pouring absolutely nothing in the bowls and salads! We are all still hungry. Meanwhile the lady pouring for uber eats is doing it normal! What is going on. Please get that fixed.
- SMSam MDec 15, 20251.0Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Food was ice cold and completely subpar in taste/quality compared to the Rideau location. Employee was very messy when making the bowl, lots of cross contamination with food flying everywhere its not appetizing to see someone handling food that way. Corporate needs to help this location get up to standard.
