  Unfortunately, I got food poisoning. I am not writing this review to bash this store or get anything for free, I just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone again. Last night, I ordered a chicken bowl and my husband got a steak bowl. The worst part is it probably was one of the best bowls I’ve gotten from chipotle. And the service was really fast. However, I’ve been vomiting every 20-30 minutes since 2AM, and my husband is fine, so it must have been the chicken that was off. Please remind your staff about safe food handling and preparation practices 🥺

  This is the worst Chipotle in Canada. I don’t know which clown is running it but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Meat is very dry, no flavor, portion sizes are small, and dos not taste fresh. Service is bad and dining room is never clean. You can not find chicken in a chicken burritos

  This is the worst Chipotle in Ottawa, by a country mile. I don’t know which clown is running it but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Meat is very dry, no flavor, portion sizes are abysmal, tastes completely different from other locations. How are they allowed to call this a Chipotle?!

  Just visited this location on the weekend. Everything was super fresh and portions were huge, reminding us of the Chipotles in the US. To top it off the staff was excellent. Friendly, polite and willing to provide the best ptoduct for their customers. Side note while visiting, another customer came in and said he accidentally threw his phone out in the garbage as it was on his tray. The staff not only provides him with gloves to sort through the garbage but also helped dig through it all! I personally would have never done that if I was in the employees shoes. Very above and beyond in my opinion. Don't know why others below are giving it poor ratings. You want to see crap service, portions and freshness...go to Kanata. They are the worst in all. Great job Lansdowne!!!!

  I'm so disappointed with this location. I order often from the Barrhaven location my order is consistently perfection! However I thought I would order from Exhibition Way location from work today. This is the second time I've tried this location via UberEATS. The first time I ordered, my guacamole was oxidized before it arrived. But my order took a bit longer due to weather to arrive so I gave grace despite their packaging being the likely cause. To prevent this, today I ordered the same order, requested the guacamole be put in an airtight container like they put the salsa into instead of the compostable paper one they normally use. I received my order in the sustainable packaging that is not airtight and once again my guacamole was oxidized. This place is going to make someone very sick. Consider yourself forewarned and order somewhere else.
