Came into the store and was greeted with such warmth and energy from Kendra! Complimented was a well made quesadillas meal, too.

A homeless person was throwing food at everyone and threatening us. Furthermore, the manager or head of the evening shift (tall south asian man), was very difficult to deal with. He was so difficult that I had to ask for a refund. He also started yelling at me when i was talking to him quietly and in a calm manner. Furthermore, they had no veggies or softritas, they were not replenishing them. Very disappointing for a vegetarian.

they cant wrap a burrito its always messy and falling out when i open it, i saw a few hairs in my bowl and the portions were unacceptable for price i was charge

They cannot follow an order to save there lives for delivery, they mess it up everytime, i go to chiptole b/c they have good cross contamination regulations. will no longer be ordering from here.
