  It's not even 8 they close at 11 but are out of tacos and steak? How long until you have hard shell? "I don't know" I say tomorrow? "We have to fry them" ok so how long? "I don't know".. what is going on here?! I thought they were closed they were so few people inside. Unbelievable

  Definitely need some training in this chipotle. As others have reported, the orders are usually wrong and always cold. They seem to have a problem giving you any dressing if you get a solid bowl. They seem offended if you ask for it lol. Please train your staff.

  1) Tortilla was so chewy and gummy and the rice was hard, I couldn’t continue eating. Literally got stuck in my teeth and was flavourless 2) An unknown piece of something HARD in the burrito ?? Moral of the story: don’t come here

  First time trying the new branch, this evening. And honestly surprised with the food and service. Yes it was a little bit slow but it seems to me they were understaffed and it was rush hour. But they made sure we were satisfied and helped me choose my toppings. Loved eating here for dinner!

  I usually really enjoy chipotle and get it multiple times a week, but the innes branch is really the worst i’ve encountered. The staff is just so unpleasant and does not care at all for their customers. I recently went by to get a burrito and it took about 3 minutes to get someone to serve me even though all the staff was looking at me. The staff also does not like client interactions. Barely any words are said in the process of ordering and the workers always look like they hate their jobs, they are not welcoming what.so.ever. Also, I asked for a tiny bit more chicken since she barely gave me a scoop the first time, she then looked at me with a dirty look and gave me 1 singular piece of chicken(not exaggerating). For example, I had to ask 4 times to get fresh sour cream because the container was clearly empty. Instead of giving me the sour cream that was coming from the fridge(his coworker literally had the fresh sour cream right beside him) he scraped the old chunky sour cream and put it all on my burrito, looking very disgusting. Again, after I asked 4 times for the new sour cream. The restaurant is also always dirty, from the counters they use to the tables in the restaurant, nothing is ever clean and sometimes have a hard time finding a clean table. The management also does not look functional. I was being served by someone that was new and they obviously had never wrapped a burrito before. The manager was standing right beside her while she clearly needed help. She then gave me my burrito and i had to rewrap it by myself because it split open the second i opened the foil. The manager watched me do this while eating his burrito and did not mention anything to the new worker. I then brought up the issue to him and he responded by “she will learn”, that’s all. Personally, if it wasn’t for how much better chipotle chicken is compared to other places, this place would struggle and are already loosing clients with how this branch is operating…
