We have gone to the Rideau Chipotle several times and this is nowhere near the same caliber! It's pretty frustrating when the wait is long and you have to argue to get correct portions. We usually come here a few times a week but will likely stop due to the inconsistent portions and long waits.

I had 4 people touch the burrito as I ordered. The line fridge area was very messy, meats and veg wasn’t looking its freshest. My fiancé and I got two of the exact same order and the were very different in size.

My friend and I stopped by after our shifts ended and entered at 10:58pm. Close is 11pm. The dude who served us jumped up immediately to serve us and with an amazing attitude. The food was prepared beautifully. My best chipotle order to date. I had so many sides and he was very attentive. My friend's food was good. Very full. The two cleaning were also very pleasent to interact with. I hate showing up right at closing time, its a dumb idea, but we thank you guys for the service! Made our night!
