The food itself was okay, as it usually is, but unfortunately the service quality was very poor this time. I received a sauce instead of the side guacamole I ordered, and one of the tacos was wrapped so loosely that when I took it out of the delivery bag, it completely fell apart. Lettuce and cheese ended up all over the floor, which was very disappointing. I understand that it’s Christmas and businesses can be very busy during this time, but that shouldn’t be a reason for the quality of service to drop. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

One worker was sleeping with her head on the table and the other was talking to a friend through her airpods while taking my order. The large burrito wasn't wrapped fully when I took it out of the bag and both burritos were mainly rice. Also they only gave a tsp of beans per burrito. Not worth it for $35. I've been to other mucho locations in Ottawa and the service and quality was mucho better.
