About as wide as three fingers and as long as from the tip of my finger to the base of my palm. Also loosely and lightly wrapped. EXTREMELY disappointing that they couldn't follow basic instructions. When I tried calling to address the matter, no one picked up the phone. I recommend AGAINST the Laurier avenue location. Go to another like Trainyards or South Keys where the staff pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and care about customer service.

The shape of the bowl changed and it really does feel like less god overall fits vs what I used to get in the old round ones. Tonight was my deciding factor to not order anymore. I paid for extra chicken after a long day of work and school and was looking forwards to EXTRA chicken. I barely received 5 pieces… very disappointed and will be looking for a new go to spot
