Only after I went inside and questioned it again did they finally begin preparing it, and even then I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The whole point of ordering ahead was so I could actually eat during my break. I’ve been hungry since 8 in the morning, and now thanks to their disorganized service, I’ll probably be eating a cold burrito later instead of having an actual break. This branch is slow, unorganized, and honestly frustrating. Please avoid this location.

Online, the kids’ combo is clearly advertised at $6.95, including chips and a drink. I ended up paying $8.99 for just the burrito (which was smaller than usual) and $3.99 for the chips separately. I checked the website after and confirmed the combo is still listed. I went back to the store to show them, and I was told the manager decided to remove the combo and charge everything separately. Here’s the problem: 1. Why wasn’t this change communicated anywhere in the store? 2. Why is the combo still being advertised online if it’s no longer available? I’ve been a loyal weekly customer, but after being charged almost double with no explanation and no transparency, I won’t be coming back. Thank you for charging me twice the amount.
