  I went in on Thursday night hoping to try the new honey chipotle chili pepper chicken on-a burrito. A young lady approached me and took my order, i ordered a regular build your own burrito with the cheesy boost and honey chili pepper chicken. Never did she mention any form of select topping to pick certain toppings. When we got to the vegetable station, a man with glasses approached the girl and me and told me i can only have certain toppings on my burrito when i was already half way through my burrito making. All i wanted was corn, onion, sour cream and burrito sauce. But he told me it only comes with avocado and honey chili pepper sauce (which is supposed to already be on the chicken, not counting as a another sauce) i tried to explain to him that im already half way through making it and wasnt informed of any toppings i could or couldnt get. He wouldnt budge and just put a small but of sourcream on my burrito after j had to fight for it. I really was disappointed because the whole point of a build your own burrito is to make it just the way you like it, i wasnt informed that getting the honey chicken with come with certain toppings, if i knew i wouldnt have tried there new menu protein. Super disappointed with the service, if he had informed me that it was supposed to be select topping but will let it go this time, i wouldn't have been upset, but there was no sort of comprimising. I was super disappointed and utterly upset.

  Ordered 2 for 1 burritos tonight. Multiple mistakes. We clicked no beans and there was beans. Added guac and there was none. There was not the sauce we selected either and one of the 2 burritos had almost no meat. Unacceptable

  We’ve been coming to this Mucho Burrito location(college square ) for over three years, and it honestly didn’t use to be like this. Back then, the staff were generous with their portions and friendly in the way they served. Unfortunately, that’s completely changed — especially because of one particular staff member. We’re vegetarian and always order a vegetarian burrito — no protein or meat substitutes, just basic veggies. Since our order already has fewer ingredients, I sometimes politely ask if they could please add a little more vegetables instead. But this one staff member is always extremely stingy, even though I’m paying for a regular or Mucho size. I’m not asking for anything extra — just what I’m paying for. What’s worse is that even when there’s no line and I’m the only customer, he still rushes through the order, doesn’t listen, and expects me to move along in seconds. It’s frustrating because there’s no time to explain or choose what I actually want. I didn’t want to leave a review about this, but it’s been the fourth time now, and the experience keeps getting worse. We’ve been loyal customers for years, but if this continues, we’ll unfortunately stop coming. And obviously mucho burrito is my fav brand so will keep going to other locations.

  There’s a guy who works here named Prince he’s super nice, very respectful, and always greets customers with a smile. You can tell he’s a passionate and hardworking person. Great service and positive energy every time I visit!

  *Update: I contacted the email and then got a response of 'Can you contact me at my phone number?' umm what... so weird, why all these hoops? I will also not be doing that.* My boyfriend and I had quite a poor experience. As you can see we both got the smallest portions. And unfortunately the chicken in my burrito was cold. As well as half of our chips were overcooked. Our service was also very lacking. We went to the restaurant on Saturday October 18th around 6pm, and the taller man with black thick rim glasses was pretty unpleasant with us. We seemed to be a big inconvenience to him. Both my boyfriend and I asked several times to get more of a few ingredients (not the meat, so I wouldn't have required an upcharge) but we both still ended up with a pitiful amount. Needless to say I am quite disappointed with my experience.
