  Left before cause it was taking to long Then I came back, while the lady made my tacos she just was being very sloppy with them .. I asked for beans and she put such big globs on them… then the mango salsa just plopped it on.. no care in making the food at all. I ended up not paying and left the food there. Was very sloppy. I don’t recommend this location. Just wanted tacos that were made properly… looks very gross , also said they don’t carry shrimp at this location but judging by the way she made my tacos, I think it was just being lazy.

  I got treated like a human being, and the burrito tasted that amazing burrito taste (biased) and the Dr Pepper brought it all together. I felt nice.

  We have been going for Mucho Burrito every week, especially in the Kanata location. While it is only my second time here, I placed an order, and the service is really pathetic. I have asked for nachos in a bowl and requested veggies, but she refused to add any veggies to the bowl. Where in the Kanata location, they are very polite in their behaviour and add all the veggies I wanted. Even served me a salsa without any hesitation. Is it different for all Mucho Burritos franchises to serve customers this way? Just one generous question. I don’t even want to give it a start. Never ever visit here again.

  I had an amazing experience at Mucho Burrito, and a big credit goes to prince. The food was absolutely delicious fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic flavors. Every bite showed care, skill, and attention to detail. Prince truly knows how to deliver quality and consistency. The burritos were well-balanced, generously portioned, and tasted incredible. The service was also friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better.
