  Super small portions. Chipotle at Rideau gives you 2x the food. The bowls are like 40% full..

  I’m a chipotle lover but I have always been disappointed by the standard at this location. I popped by today by 7pm to grab myself a dinner and the display showed that they were awfully behind prep wise. Wilted greens, very little left in meat choices as well as salsa choices. I had to wait quite some time to get my order so they could prep the food and the portion ended up being much smaller than any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Idk if management needs to be changed but the service doesn’t compare to the Rideau location at all.

  Love this Chipotle! The place is clean, bright, and welcoming. There’s always a good vibe, and it feels comfortable whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to eat

  Grabbed some burrito bowls to go so that we could eat them on our train ride home (6hour trip) got on the train and saw they didn’t pack any utensils so we can’t actually eat them, And they have got sour cream and guac so I can’t even reheat it later- $40 down the drain. Not to mention the atmosphere was terrible - none of the staff have personalities or know how to smile, tried to joke with them and they looked annoyed. Not to mention that I had to ask her to add more rice after sprinkling one small scoop in the bottom (I could still see the bottom of the bowl…) just a terrible experience and Im super disappointed because I’ve heard such great things about chipotle.

  Came in after filming a fmx event, wanted to take this food on the train on the. It ay back to Toronto.. Not only did the staff try to give me the smallest amount of rice.. But they forgot our utensils for our take out order how am I gonna eat this
