  I had such a great experience at this location. I accidentally placed an online order through the app at their other location, which would have taken me at least 45 minutes to an hour to get to since it was in Barhaven. When I explained the situation, the staff here were incredibly kind and understanding. Instead of making me place a brand new order, they simply made my order for me on the spot and didn’t charge me again since I had already paid through the app. That level of customer service really stood out to me. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make things right. I truly appreciated their kindness and would definitely come back to this location because of it.

  Was worried due to the comments BUT honestly, this location was fast service, friendly staff, has all the ingredients and toppings, and good size portions. Need to bring home. Plus, bathroom is clean! Also, It looks like the location took all the negative comments to heart and it's showing improvement.

  Jasmine, or however you spell it, needs to go. We made our whole bowl until we got to the last section, where there was no mild salsa or lettuce at all at 8:30 PM. The place closes at 11. We were then told there was no more lettuce or mild salsa for the rest of the day. I then asked if I could get a discount on our two bowls, to which she said she had to ask the manager, and the answer was no — they could offer a fountain drink. I didn’t want a fountain drink in the first place, so I said no. I then asked if I could just get lettuce and salsa from the drive-through area, and she said no, that’s only for deliveries. These things cost $15 each, and we were missing key ingredients. Also, Jasmine never came to talk to us — she was playing messenger pigeon through one of the employees, who actually did a good job. I then went around to the drive-through window to see Jasmine face-to-face and asked if I could get some lettuce and salsa. What we got was in a container barely big enough to feed a mouse. I come to this place every other day, and this is a first for me. She should’ve just given us the lettuce and salsa or offered a discount since we were missing key ingredients. Also, the chicken had lots of cartilage in it!👍

  I don’t expect much when it comes to a chipotle. But no exaggeration they don’t know how to roll a burrito. They dont have half the ingredients prepared either. I just wanted to leave because if that’s how badly it’s run I can only imagine the lapses in sanitation. Is this place not managed at all?

  Came here once before and steak in my burrito was hot, flavorful and juicy.Steak in the burrito was dry, flavourless. Looked like the steak from the night before.There was also a ridiculous low amount of steak. In 4 bites, one piece of meat. A staff member took the insert to the kitchen and tasted the meat just to return the same dry meat. The chicken was dry, fatty and tasted off in the salad my wife ordered. The guacamole was brown because they keep it exposed to the air. I would also like to add that it was the manager who had also made the food. They open at 11 and we were there at 11:15. Not one ingredient was fresh. Left the burrito on the counter while waiting for a refund. Another staff member demanded that I throw it out myself. We left and went to Shawarma Palace. The ingredients were fresh and staff were friendly.
