  We’ve been coming to Swiss Chalet on Laval Drive for years, and it never disappoints. The food is always consistently great—fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect every time. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the outstanding service. Cheryl has been our server for a long time, and she is absolutely wonderful. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. It’s also worth mentioning that this location has many long-term servers, which really says a lot about the restaurant. You can tell there’s a strong team and a great atmosphere. Between the delicious food and Cheryl’s exceptional service, this location truly stands out. Highly recommend!

  This restaurant seems to be incredibly understaffed. When myself and my family arrived for dinner, and my friendit felt like we walked in on absolute chaos. We expected it to be busy on a Saturday afternoon overwhelmed and stressed. When we walked in, there was no host to greet us. We were left waiting for about two minutes until she finally showed up. But she did thoroughly apologize for the wait, and we were sat quickly. The service from our waitress was terrible but very rushed. She seemed to be taking on more tables than she could handle. down the host for exta napkins and drink refills since our waitress was no where to be found. She brought appetizers with no plates and one of my members went to get plates and several we asked for food is coming and no chalet sauce and asking for waters . Brought the fries burned and salty and I send it back . Brought the chicken over cooked not fresh . I wouldn’t be never attending this location. I paid for something I didn’t enjoy . If the place is busy manager is to step and take control. No manager to be found . Management definitely needs to consider hiring more staff to alleviate some of the pressure on their current staff.

  My sister and I had the Chicken n Rib combo. My sister had the Toffee Cheese cake n I had Applepie n Icecream. Our server was Linda. What a pleasant n friendly lady. The service was unbelievable. The food was fresh n hot. Dessert, OMG it was out of this World. Thank U Linda...

  We were served by Cheryl, who was attentive, helpful and very nice. The food came fast and we were very happy.
