I ordered a 12-inch Veggie Patty sub, but when I received it, there was no veggie patty inside at all—it was basically just bread and vegetables. When I pointed this out to the staff, instead of remaking the sandwich properly, they only offered me $3 as compensation. That makes no sense when the main ingredient of the sandwich was missing. The correct solution would have been to replace the sandwich or refund the full amount. This was extremely poor customer service and very frustrating. I paid for a veggie patty sub and didn’t even get the veggie patty. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
