    Hi, I purchased a veggie footlong today late night around 11:25pm and the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread was very stale, dry, and tasted old, like it had been sitting for many days. It made the sandwich disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I would appreciate if this could be looked into and resolved.

    I’ve visited this Subway twice and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The main issue is the quantity — they are not following standard Subway guidelines, especially with vegetables. The portions were noticeably less than expected. On my most recent visit (April 3rd, around 1:30–2:00 PM), the vegetables did not seem fresh, which affected the overall taste and quality. Additionally, the associate seemed unsure about preparation. The sandwich was not assembled properly, and there was no proper marking/labeling on the sub, which created confusion. Overall, the service and consistency need improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff better to maintain Subway standards.
