The guy behind the counter was very pleasant and had our food ready and waiting. The burritos were generous and exactly what I had ordered. I highly reccomend.!

I came in during Friday so I got free guacamole! On another note, sanitation was excellent. Only thing I could nitpick is some hard rice. Though not much to blame it was nearing the end of the day.

Unfortunately, since the reopening I have not been pleased with the service or standards. This location opened about two weeks ago and I’ve already visited five times. Three out of the five times, the chicken portions have been minimal. And on two occasions they forgot to add my veggie mix altogether. It seems like they are trying to skimp on the portions, which I find upsetting especially since this is now a corporate location. The previous franchise owners were awesome! The portions were always consistent and it seemed like they followed a standard. The chicken was always cooked properly, not burnt black. They were also very friendly. This new staff looks unhappy whenever we go in. Also, I noticed they don’t wear uniforms anymore, just plain clothes. This seems unprofessional and unhygienic for a food establishment. All in all, I’m unimpressed. I think we’ll return to the Whitby location.
