  I don't know if I've ever been in here. My wife got the new Queso and steak and I the MTL smoked meat. Lady was very paced making it, not affable frankly but just doing her job she made the subs well and offered us to have them pressed/grilled. So personality aside nothing wrong. Now 2 small subs 22 bucks, is making it pinch. But they were premium, and they did taste excellent.

  Poor portions for cheese and sauce, patient but unwelcoming. Other Mr sub locations are better 👍 (they also didnt give me a takeout bag)

  Excellent customer service, the generous way they make sub and add thing in it, I have never seen in other sub stores. All the things were so fresh and clean that I would love to go there everyday. Must recommended.

  Not sure why everytime I use the awards app at this location they scan it beeps and doesn't reward the subs you buy. Had 8 of 9 earned before I went in bought two 12 inch last night when I asked the girl if they scanned she laughed and just mumbled something (couldn't understand her) and said nothing she could do. This has happened many times in the past. I should have received a free sub but didn't. This has been this way for at least 3 years. When you get it fixed I will return as a customer. Also your bun wasn't that fresh and the lady needs training on how to cut them in half. Not acceptable get your scanner fixed or replaced. FYI the email address you provided doesn't work, I'm not surprised.
