  Stopped by Kelsey's Original Roadhouse and had a seriously great night. The service was amazing, and Jenn was an absolute gem — sweet, funny, and so good at what she does she almost stole the spotlight from the food 😏 definitely the kind of server that keeps you smiling the whole time. The barbecue chicken club was really good, the Caesar was on point, and that Ocean breeze piña colada… wow. Honestly way too good, the kind of drink that makes you start making questionable decisions like ordering a second one immediately. The fries were the only thing that were a bit meh, but with drinks that good and service like Jenn’s, it was easy to overlook. Definitely looking forward to going back… for the food and maybe the company too. Say hi to Jared.

  Jenn made our entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in at all the right times, made amazing recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her energy was so positive and welcoming, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. The service was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Jenn is an absolute gem and the reason we’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Abby and Jenn. From the moment we were seated, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They didn’t just do their jobs, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were quick with recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure our drinks and food were always taken care of without us ever having to ask. What really stood out was how personable they were, they made us feel like valued guests, not just another table. It’s rare to come across service this good, and Abby and Jenn absolutely nailed it. They made the whole experience memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of them. Highly recommend asking for them if you visit!

  It’s been a while since I’ve gone out, made plans with my mother and we had a great time! Jenn was our server, she was awesome and funny, we always had everything we needed. The Thursday before Good Friday has a lot of places loud and busy, with my mother being hard of hearing we made a good call coming to Kelsey’s. It was busy which was great but their dining room layout and booths helped the noise a lot we were able to talk! Will be back:)

  I visited on March 26th around 8:30 PM to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcomed. We were seated but then left waiting approximately 45 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. I eventually had to approach staff to ask if someone would be assisting us, which is when our server finally came over. The interaction that followed felt uncomfortable. The server’s demeanor made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her, rather than being valued guests. Overall, the service felt dismissive and, at times, came across in a way that raised concerns about whether we were being treated differently. This was especially upsetting given that we were there to celebrate a special occasion. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more welcoming and attentive environment for all guests.
