  We stopped in for lunch during a long drive home from Toronto and had great food and service. Our server Candace was attentive and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

  It was AMAZING!!!!! My favourite person/waiter is Marcus!! He was so nice and funny! What a pleasant person! He gave me my extra ranch which was very nice! My food was also amazing! But I think you should make him the boss of Kelsey’s, and give him raise!

  We really enjoyed the atmosphere at Kelsey’s. The service from Christina was really good. She was very friendly and helpful. Would have loved if there were a few more vegetarian/vegan options. You will attract a different customer base too.

  I don’t write many reviews, but after last night’s dinner at Kelsey’s, I had to shout from the rooftops about Noah and Julia. These two are straight-up superstars. From the second we walked in, Noah greeted us with this huge, genuine smile and had us cracking up within 30 seconds. The guy is a natural — he remembered every little detail we mentioned, kept the drinks perfectly timed (those Kelsey’s Caesars hit different when he makes them), and somehow managed to be hilarious without ever slowing down service. My burger came out exactly how I wanted it, hot and massive, and he even threw in a couple of extra napkins “just in case the wing sauce takes you down” with a wink. Then there’s Julia — she’s an absolute force. Warm, lightning-fast, and somehow knows what you need before you do. Refills appeared like magic, she perfectly balanced our massive order for the whole table without writing anything down, and when one of us had a question about the menu, she explained it with such enthusiasm you would’ve thought she invented the loaded nachos herself. Together? Pure magic. They tag-teamed our table like they’d been working as a duo for years. The vibe was fun, the energy was high, and we felt like we were hanging out with friends who just happen to be incredible at their jobs. No upselling pressure, no attitude, just non-stop smiles, laughs, and flawless service. Food was on point as always at Kelsey’s, but Noah and Julia took the whole experience from “good night out” to “we’re telling everyone about this.” If you’re going to any Kelsey’s location and these two are working — request their section. You won’t regret it. 10/10. Best servers I’ve had in years. Noah and Julia, you two are the reason people keep coming back. Keep killing it! 🍔🍻

  I placed an order on Uber last night and got a loaded baked potato and chicken bites and spent 32$ and couldnt believe how bad it was. the chicken was over cooked to the point it was super chewy and I got more breading then actual chicken. The potato i wish it gave a better description on what came with this because it came with bacon that was hard as a rock after being deep fried, tomato chunks, jalapeño , green onion and jalapeño cheese sauce with sour cream on the side. it didnt have any cheese on it like you would expect , and the potato was just boiled and topped with these items. I thought it was be melted cheese with bacon and green onions super simple but not at all i would have been way happier with just those few items on it but it came with all that other stuff I was completely shocked. I just wish I was able to see what it came with but the store didnt have that option on the app. so BEWARE that if your using doordash, Uber, or skip that you should always find out whats gonna be on the item instead of assuming. I highly recommend that if you want a great experience go to the friendly fox they offer way better potatoes. this is now the second time I ordered from here and didnt like it i ordered actual potato skins once while I was waiting there for a friend and having a drink and I ended up tossing them because they came out really dry and just no flavor. the potato skins are the fox are sooo good they have flavor! Its unfortunate I had such a bad experience here I used to order there chicken parm years ago when I lived up north and loved it but I think the quality really varies from restaurant to restaurant.
