I really don’t like being the kind of person who complains, so I approached the situation as nicely as possible. I ordered the 8-piece buffalo chicken nuggets, but instead I was charged for two 4-piece chicken strip. When I opened my food, there wasn’t even any buffalo sauce on them. I went back to the counter to explain that my order had been entered incorrectly and that I was charged much more than I should have been. I had checked the price before ordering, so I knew something wasn’t right. However, the cashier insisted that it was what I ordered, even though I specifically asked for the 8-piece buffalo chicken nuggets and not the chicken strips. I did get my money back, but I did not enjoy my experience. Very disappointed with the attitude I got back. She was very rude about and made me feel embarrassed in front of the other customers. I didn’t get a name, but her ethnicity is Pakistan and she was wearing glasses with her hair in a ponytail.
