  My husband and I are regulars at this location, always enjoying the food and service. This evening, however, I was truly impressed by the manager’s exceptional customer service. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope you recognize her. (Sarah?) We tried ordering through the app, but it didn’t seem to process. So, we decided to order in-store. Surprisingly, the order went through even though we didn’t receive a confirmation. A few minutes later, we did receive an email. The manager was incredibly understanding and promptly resolved the issue. I felt terrible about the mix-up, but she made me feel much better about the mishap. Overall, our experience tonight was fantastic. The staff at this Five Guys location are wonderful, and especially the manager who went above and beyond to help us tonight. Thank you.

  I just ate quite possibly the nastiest burger from this restaurant. My first issue: I placed my order through Uber 45 minutes to close. You guys couldn't even be brothered to throw an order of fresh fries down? Seriously? They were stale, hard as a rock, and tasted overwhelmingly like peanuts. Very clearly the leftover remanents from the last day (or two). Secondly: the fact that you have people in there making food who can not distinguish "HAMburger" to "CHEESEburger" on a ticket is a huge issue. I have a dairy allergy and can't have cheese. I had to use a knife to try and scrape this cheese-wiz like substance off of the meat. The burger itself was greasier then McDonald's food. I would highly suggest not wasting your money at this restaurant. With the amount that it costs ($26) and the little care you put into what you're serving, I'm shocked this location is even still open. I would have been much happier with a big Mac and fresh, hot, not peanuty tasting french fries. Overall thoughts: seriously DISGUSTING!!

  Clean needs a major touch up. Tables were dirty, seats were dirty, and the floor was littered with peanut shells. Other than that I couldn't complain much. Not too bad!

  Great food and excellent service. The staff were friendly and attentive and the veggies were fresh . I really enjoyed the experience and would happily visit again.
