It took 25 minutes to get our food and when we said something about how long it took to the cashier they just said oh and then paused for 5 second and then continued to say would you like any sauce, with out even answering our question and it wasn't just us wating their were 5-6 other people and families waiting for the same amount of time but what i will say is that when we got the food it was fresh and piping hot. Over all the food was good but I just found it ridiculous that a fast food restaurant would take 25 minutes to make tacos and I saw the back and everything was pre-cooked so all they hade to do was assemble them and 25 minutes to assemble tacos is ridiculous.

You’re not getting your food quick, you at least have to wait 30 minutes to get food. Employees don’t say sorry, honestly treat customers horrible. Older lady with glasses had a horrible attitude. Terrible customer service from her. It’s upsetting to see that Taco Bell does not value their customers. After waiting almost an hour for food, I asked the lady (older one with glasses) she shrugged her shoulders. Overall terrible experience here, won’t be back. If you value your time and good mood, don’t come here!! ‼️
