- APalyssa principe6 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible. Forgot two of my items after waiting an hour and a half for a couple of items. Uber driver was amazing, Taco Bell was not. This is ridiculous. On top of that when I called whoever picked up was so stuck up and not professional what so ever. Forgot my sisters dessert and drink ontop of that put absolutely no beef on her nacho supreme. Used to be my favourite place now it’s awful. I ask management to correct this and retrain their horrible employees.

I said my order three times and then after I wait in the drive through for 10 mins because they are serving extremely slow they give me the wrong and more expensive order. Saying that’s what I told them. It’s pathetic and staff need to trained on communication and speed.

- SFSacha FabryJan 31, 20261.0Seems like items missing from the order every time I get it here - I imagine the amount of money they make off the orders they miss that people still pay for is quite substantial. Doesn't matter if ordering through delivery aps or in person drive through. Items seem to still always be missing. Got sick of just letting it slide and went back in to say which ones were missing 10 mins after the drive through order. They didnt even question it - so it must happen all the time. How many people, really, are going to drive back after getting home to correct them over the odd burrito or taco. Free money for them - terrible for customers.
