  Terrible service here, a complete disorganized mess. Ordered ahead for pick up, showed it was ready at 6:04 and I arrived and 6:05. When I showed them my phone order they said it was not ready yet, which was fine I could wait. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked again if they had it ready, and she said she would go check, but never came back out. After 35 minutes, another girl came out to help a customer and I asked again if my order was ready. She looked around and on a shelf behind her was my order, which apparently had actually been ready when I first arrived, and had sat there on the counter for 35 minutes while it got cold, soggy and stale. I had paid online in advance, with a nice tip. After my experience, I called the head office to request a refund, and they just transferred me back to the store, who would not even answer the phone after multiple calls. Lesson learned, don't pay until after I get the food.

  Ordered a quarter chicken dinner take out. Fries were old and dry. Tip of the chicken leg was yellow. I will never order food from this location EVER AGAIN

  Went there on a Saturday night pretty busy. We usually go to the location in north oshawa but i think they were closed to renos. There were 5 of us, our food took a while to come out. When our food was brought out all of our fries looked they they were sitting for 8 hrs, all dried up and gross, We didn't say anything because our young waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed with the crowd. We definitely won't be coming back to this location.

  Food is always good, and the price is a little more moderate than others around. You get great portions, and the menu has really expanded over the years, so there is something for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy and fairly quiet. It is great for all ages and family sizes, or a get together with friends. The staff is courteous, friendly and efficient.

  Don’t waste your time coming here. Have ordered takeout here 3 times now and every time we’ve returned home, we’re missing food. The box comes with chicken, a side, sauce and a bun yet somehow they always miss 1 of the 4 things. Want to try calling the store to speak to someone about it.. ha good luck. First time we dealt with is thinking, honest mistake. 2nd time, okay maybe we speak with someone at the store about it but you call the store multiple time with no answer. 3rd time we should have known better but we’re both sick and I was working late but again we are missing food! Have been calling and calling the store but big surprise.. no answer! Will never be spending another dollar here because they clearly don’t care.
