  This restaurant seems to be incredibly understaffed. When myself and my family arrived for dinner, it felt like we walked in on absolute chaos. We expected it to be busy on a Saturday night, but the staff seemed very overwhelmed and stressed. When we walked in, there was no host to greet us. We were left waiting for about two minutes until she finally showed up. But she did thoroughly apologize for the wait, and we were sat quickly. We realized afterwards that the host was also responsible for cleaning all the dirty tables, which explained the slight delay. The service from our waitress was fine, but very rushed. She seemed to be taking on more tables than she could handle. We ended up flagging down the host for extra napkins and drink refills since our waitress was no where to be found. Management definitely needs to consider hiring more staff to alleviate some of the pressure on their current staff.

  Dined in tonight and first impression when we walked in was bad. The hostess seemed like she didn't want to be working that night. She had an some sort of attitude and rushed us to our seats. When my wife asked if we could be moved because we sat near the door and she was cold, she abruptly interrupted her and said I have people waiting and walked away. No apologies not even listening to why we wanted to move. There were 2 other empty tables near by but were not offered. Out server was very accommodating and kept apologizing for the long wait. She did an excellent job. The food was subpar. My daughter and I ordered the ribs and it was dry and not fall off the bone. It seemed that the location wasnt ready for the dinner rush and were running around.
