I asked for my mashed potatoes, hot and they actually came hot for the whole meal! I’ve never had such good service in Swiss chalet. She was attentive And polite and even brought us a little bowl with warm water to clean our fingers. We will definitely come back to this location. Great work, Linda

This is not a single time, the employees give preference for takeout order. The reason it was ordered ahead of time is to avoid such a long wait time.
