They tried to tell me no order was placed, when I gave them order #, they said they would call restaurant. When they came back on the line they told me that there was no more delivery on a Friday night!!!! No wonder your stores are going out of business. I will never place an order for swiss chalet again!!!!!

They consistently forget, salad dressings, sour cream, etc. When I try to order from one of the other nearby locations for delivery, I'm told I have to use this location. Beware, whatever you order, I can assure you that is not what it will show up. Very frustrating when you order $100 for the food and they can't get it right.

Are you kidding me!!!!! Three ppl waiting infront of me one costumer already waiting 45 mins then told and all she said was sorry the promotion…. And just gave refund in cash and not credit and no I’ll give you something for the long delay. This is getting worse and worse!!!! Hey head office you can change an appearance but not service or quantity! I would like a message back
