    I waited 20 min in October for a takeout meal of perogies which were dry because they forgot sour cream. Chicken was raw and inedible in the centre and I threw it out. I was promised a credit to compensate me for wasting over 50 dollars on the above. I have called and not only is there no credit as promised but no one responds to my complaint about this. Swiss Chalet how far you have fallen. You should go bankrupt running a business this way. Just disgusting. Please keep your credit as I will never eat here again.

    Ordered take out from the app. Told me to arrive at 6:40pm to pick up my order. Waited till 7:05 and my order was finally ready and it was one quarter chicken meal! They seemed very disorganized. The guy behind the cash stood there at one point for 10 minutes and did nothing but stare at the ceiling while people were waiting for their orders!! Would have been faster to dine in!!

    My wife and I ordered food from Swiss Chalet and here’s what happened to her, I was in the car…. “I was very upset with your Harmony Rd location. I haven’t been in awhile so I was unaware of your new setup. I online as I always have. I went to the desk and he said he didn’t think it was ready. I waited 20mins and finally went up to ask were my order was. Only to be told it was siting on a shelving unit for orders. I thought it was for food delivery people as many people were called while I was waiting whom also ordered online. I asked why my order wasn’t called out as I have been standing here. His only response was this is where online orders go. There is no sign indicating this. Plus my salad wasn’t even there. It of course it was cold and the garlic bread was just a roll cut in half with garlic butter on it not even toasted. So disappointed in the service and quality of food. I was so looking forward to it. I just left stressed out and not wanting it anymore.“ I called the restaurant 3 times and they don’t answer the phone. Calling head office tomorrow cause I’m THAT guy.

    we arrived at the restaurant at 4:30 and waited and waited for service just to get our drinks. after 40 minutes of not being served we got up and found a hostess to assist us. she claimed that the kitchen was backed up and this is because of restaurant, take out, door dash, uber eats and skip the dishes. sorry, but you can't blame the kitchen when a server doesn't even approach your table for more than 40 minutes. also, passing the blame then went to the servers when it should go to corporate for allowing this to happen at their establishment. serving your eat in clients should be a priority and you shouldn't allow skip the dishes etc. to be going through a back door to get around the long take out lines. this is disgusting service. we saw two tables get up and leave with no service and heard 3 other tables complain like we did. smarten up swiss chalet, pay attention to the customers for a change and if, in fact, your kitchen staff still can't handle the kitchen since all being new after renovation, then maybe you hired the wrong people. i used to love swiss chalet but this is the second time this type of treatment has happened so we will have to seriously consider going back. after all, there are a lot of chicken restaurants out there/

    I placed an online order on December 24, 2025, at 10:08 a.m. I was advised that the order had been successfully placed and charged to my Visa, with delivery scheduled for 3:00 p.m. By 3:20 p.m., the order had still not arrived, so I contacted the Harmony location. I was told that there was nothing they could or would do to assist me and was instructed to contact the location where the order was placed to request a refund, as they stated there are no deliveries on Christmas Eve. I explained that the order was placed through the Swiss Chalet website, and I was again told to “deal with the website.” The representative was dismissive and showed no concern for the situation.
