    When someone ask for spinach put the same amount you would put for lettuce this place doesn't like to put spinach on their sandwiches or salads so why have it as an option?

    Got a few subs for a pick up order last night. Man was the lady cheap on ingredients. Couldn't have had a dryer less filled sub. Employees need to know that the ingredients should be enough to make a good sub and not be stingy on the toppings. Sucks when you get it for pick up and cant tell them "more" toppings please , so you just get home and get disappointed.

    Walked in ordered 25 subs....the look on there face was priceless, but they did an awesome job getn it done..kudos to the 2 ladies..5 stars service...

    This is a little late but on December 17 around 1:15PM I was waiting for someone help me with my order, two employees were dealing with a customer on the phone. The one girl went to the sink rinsed her hands with no soap and walked down to help me. She knocked a knife on the ground and picked it up and walked down to the sink. She ran the knife that was on the ground quickly under the water, again with no soap or anything. She walked back down with the knife, I told her my order and she went and grabbed the bread and went to cut the bread with the knife that was just on the floor and was unwashed. I stopped her and asked why she was using the knife that was just on the floor and her response was “I washed it” with attitude. I told her she just ran it under water and she shouldn’t be using a dirty knife. She grabbed another knife and proceeded to give me attitude the entire time. Clearly proper sanitary practices are not enforced at this subway. I used to go here once a week on my lunch break and I have not been back since and I will never go back here. I have let my coworkers know of this instance and they will no longer go here as well because if this is what happened in front of customers, who knows what happens when customers are not looking. I would suggest people find a different subway to go to. I hope the owner sees this and trains employees better.
