    Subway is always a great place for a quick bite on the way home from work. When I don't have the energy to cook, I stop by this Subway and they save the day. Every single person I've interacted with here has been lovely and accommodating, but I want to take a moment to show some appreciation yo Kiyra. I arrived later than I usually would and was afraid I would catch her in a rush of orders, but she was right on top of taking care of someone and passing off a pickup order when I walked in. Kiyra seems like a super-friendly, down-to-earth person, and she was nice to talk to. In my humble opinion, this location is lucky to have her. If anyone reading this review meets her, I hope you treat her well, because she will surely do the same for you. Thanks again, Kiyra! You're the best. :)

    Ordered a sub by mobile app and it was made incorrectly. When I called, I was told to come back for a remake, but I live far away and couldn’t make another trip. Mistakes happen, but asking customers to travel twice isn’t reasonable. Disappointed with how it was handled.

    Whenever the Footlong BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotion begins, this location removes all veggie and plant-based sandwich options from the footlong online ordering menu. During the promotion period, the app only allows me to order a 6-inch Veggie Delite or other vegetarian options, while all meat-based sandwiches remain fully available as footlongs and are eligible for the BOGO offer. This practice does not make operational sense. A footlong veggie sub requires the same 12-inch bread that is clearly being used to prepare footlong meat sandwiches. If the store truly lacked footlong bread, then no footlong sandwiches—meat or otherwise—should be available. However, that is not the case. The location continues to sell all meat-based footlong subs without restriction. This strongly suggests that the limitation is not due to inventory constraints, but rather a deliberate choice to exclude vegetarian and vegan customers from participating in the BOGO promotion. As a regular customer who prefers vegetarian options, this feels unfair, discriminatory, and inconsistent with Subway’s brand values of inclusivity and customer choice. I want to emphasize that this issue only arises during promotional periods. Outside of BOGO offers, footlong veggie subs are suddenly available again, which further supports the conclusion that this is a promotional exclusion rather than a supply issue.

    This was my first time at this location. I loved the staff the new girl is great and has a sweet kind personality. I love that this location had TWO employees working at the same time. I find subways usually don’t care about their employees. They rather make money then take care of employees mental health. It absolutely made my day to see both people working. The owner must be amazing !! Thank u for a great experience
