I called the store and the woman who served me not only blamed my roommate for not knowing it was a spicy italian and said it was his fault she also screamed at me on the phone and refused to give me her name. She told me to call back on Monday when her manager was in. THIS WAS MY DINNER!!!!!! The fact that she started screaming at me instead of apologizing and trying to make this our fault instead of being accountable. These are the foreign workers that make the others look bad and its why they quality of customer service primarily in Canada has gone down the tubes. The owner says he will contact me monday and now I can go all the way back over and have my sandwich replaced, however no apology nor the name of the woman who served me which I asked for. UNBELIEVABLE EDIT: I had to walk back and get a new sub and another person served me while the lady that screamed at me and blamed my roommate was washing floors She said she was sorry and I said no you are not you are rude and have no customer service. No excuse for her reaction or behavior considering the customer is always right - which i was. If that woman has been working there for decades she makes a lousy sandwich to start with and has an attitude problem. I called head office and complained as well as I was totally offended by being berated by the employee when the whole thing was her fault and when calledout on it fought with me on the phone and only apologized bc the owner told her to. I apologized for nothing bc I did nothing wrong. The employee wasnt even going to replace my sandwich and wanted me to wait till Monday when the manager was back. I also said the only reason she apologized was bc the owner told her to. I still want to speak to the manager
