Never coming back here Edit for the owner's reply: To clarify, the request for 'more' toppings was already clearly marked on the mobile order; I shouldn't need to coach the staff to follow written instructions. I saw that the quantity was low, but the employee looked new and was trying, so I didn't want to be rude or make her redo the whole order while I was standing there or de-motivate. I was working at Gas station I know how it feels. Regarding the bread: it was Italian White, yet it was a dark brown color. While it didn't taste burnt, it was definitely over-baked compared to the standard white color it should be. I'm not sure why you are bringing up the discount that is a standard franchise offer. I’ve tried 3-4 Subways in this area, and frankly, this location ranks 4th for me (Park Road is usually the standard for quality). At other locations, 'more sauce' means two strokes, and cucumbers are stacked properly, not just scattered with 50% less. I originally rated this 1 star but changed it to 3 to be fair to the new employee, but the fact that you are saying about personal employment history to deflect from valid feedback is unprofessional. I have all genuine reviews. Also, I don't think the issue is with any your employee but I think the person managing is not doing proper work. Thanks for your time. I didn't wanted to make big deal out of it.
