  I ordered online through the app, but when I arrived, there were no other customers, and my order hadn't been started. When she saw my order request, she sighed and made a face. On the app, there was no grill option, so I clicked "toast." However, when I saw the grill, I asked for my item to be grilled. She responded with a monotone, upset, and tired "sure, whatever." I don't know, the service wasn't as good as I expected. Her name was Neada. At the end, she complained, saying I had too much stuff to do and that it was early and they had a lot of stuff to do. If that's the case, they should open later in the day.

  This branch is good and with 10% student id discount. I loved the service, hospitality, atmosphere and most importantly the tuna sandwich with herb+ cheese bread, lettuce tomato and nashvill, piri piri, bbq sauces with bell peppers.

  Great experience at Subway! The customer service was outstanding - friendly, polite, and attentive. The staff took their time to get my order right and made the visit very pleasant. Fresh food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Ordered a Veggie Delite sub from this Subway location (2069 Simcoe St N, Oshawa) on Italian Herb & Cheese bread with Habanero Jack cheese and requested it toasted. However, they gave me regular bread instead and didn’t toast the sandwich at all. The receipt clearly shows Italian Herb & Cheese bread and toasted, but the order was not followed. Very disappointing experience. Hope they pay more attention to customer orders in the future. I went back and they made a new sub, but again made a mistake and didn’t add black olives which were part of my order. Appreciate that they replaced it, but having multiple mistakes in one order is frustrating. Never going back again.
