Been coming to this location since they had been in the mall and never have ever been dissapointed in quality and service, If I could give more then 5 stars I would for this Subway, Always appreciate having a good Sub store and I got one in the area :) Assorted or Meatball is always the 2 choices I make :)

One of the best locations in Oshawa if not the best! I made an online order to pick up in store and there were two mid aged women making the subs, they both did a phenomenal job of making them, weren’t stingy with the ingredients, filled our subs up so much that the bread wouldn’t even close. I’ve been to so many locations but never had anyone be this generous with the ingredients. On top of that, the lady making my sub offered me a free cookie for waiting a few minutes since I went during a busy time. Amazing service and food, highly recommend this location!

I am absolutely furious with the service I received at Subway. This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed my order, and instead of delivering it properly or even notifying me, they apparently made the food and just left it sitting on the counter. No call. No message. Nothing. To make it worse, they closed the store without informing me, leaving my order unattended and me completely unaware.
When I went back to confront them about it, the employee actually laughed it off. Laughed. Then had the audacity to say, “I wasn’t here last night, must be someone else,” as if that somehow excuses the situation. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to fix the problem.
This level of carelessness and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic communication and respect. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management seriously address the lack of professionalism at this location.

This is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. They don’t even have good listening skills. I explained multiple times what I needed, yet they kept bringing the wrong items and removing them repeatedly.

Their employees have no sense of responsibility or etiquette of how to behave with customers, they call themselves establish organisation but they do not even have literacy to match the online ordering timing to their store timing, do yourself a favour and go buy food from their competitors at-least they don’t laugh on you when you call them about how they failed to provide your order while also charging you for it. Very very disappointed.
