They put the order sign on the washroom so people won’t use the washroom

I went to Subway and was very disappointed with my experience. The food was poorly prepared — the cheese was added after toasting the sub, and the sauce was applied unevenly, only on one side of the 12-inch sandwich. The bacon also seemed chinked and not fresh.
Even worse, the staff took my order while wearing gloves, then continued making subs with the same gloves. My girlfriend is vegetarian, and her sub was made right after handling meat — without changing gloves. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and respect for dietary needs. Also the door was locked when we arrived and had knock on door for it to be opened during business hours.

My cousin had ordered me a cold cut sub at 8:30 pm said it was going to be ready for pickup in 15 minutes he was charged and everything went through on skip the dishes. I get there to pick up my sandwich to find the guy closing everything down. Didn’t make the sandwich said he never received the order which I highly doubt. I honestly get the sense he just wanted to go home early because everything was already closed down before 9pm. Worst place I’ve ever been. Terrible employee. If your open until 9pm than be open and ready to serve customers up until 9pm. Don’t close everything down before that. I’ll never go there again.

they said they stopped serving serving at 10:30pm when the business hours posted say open until 11pm. i understand not serving food 5-10 minutes before you close, but needing half an hour, for a sub joint, is ridiculous. had NO FRESH FOOD. the worker was HESITANT to serve it to me, he said look first, you might not want it. first in first out is a standard food service practice, if your business hours say you’re open until 11, you must find a way to ensure food stays fresh until operations are closed.

I have got the meatballer at 2 other locations. I understand that you mo longer have the fresh mozzarella. That is fine. I will eat the other cheese. But your employee told me I had to pay extra for the pepperoni that goes on a meatballer. The oshawa centre and hospital location didn't make me. They charged me the price it used to be when it was on the menu. Why is your store different. You must know that subway is a 3 min drive west of there. I will go there. Your store needs to figure things out. I'm new in the neighborhood and would prefer subway but my stubbornness won't allow me to pay extra for the pepperoni when other stores don't so your fired
