    This is the slowest subway I’ve ever been to (they usually only have one person working so if it gets busy then be prepared to wait). Every time I do a mobile pickup they haven’t even started my order when I get there. Mine is prepaid. Shouldn’t that be prioritized? I will go over to Harmony and Taunton. They don’t have these same issues.

    I inquired about the $50 in girt cards promotion. I was told it had to be $50 on each card not 2X$25. I read the terms and conditions and it did not specify that either. I called another location at Taunton and Harmony and she was pleased to offer me 2X$25 to get the free sub promotion. I provided this information to the person working and she just giggled and said no she can’t.

    Stopped in to grab a small snackwich. I've ordered them multiple times, although this time the person serving me decided to clarify that the little sandwich only came with 2 veggies and 1 sauce anything else is extra. I thought that was odd since Ive ordered it before. Looking up the sandwich build online it clearly says you get lettuce tomato, onion and pickles. I mentioned this to the server and he was very rude just repeating his imaginary rule that I couldn't find anywhere on the signs or the website. It seems this location is training their employees to charge extra for things that is usually included with other subways. I did mention to the employee that I didn't see any rules or stipulations anywhere in the store on the website. Once again the staff member was rude, just repeating the same sentence as if I didnt understand him. Not I'mpressed with anything that happened tonight

    My daughter and I went to grab sweet onion teriyaki subs at this location. About 5-6 hours later my daughter’s stomach started hurting her a lot and shortly after she started to vomit. Mine started about 2 hours later. We both couldn’t sleep that night and in the morning went to the walk in and they confirmed it was food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that day so it was a given it was from the subs. I called to make the subway location aware of what happened and to be careful with what they are serving or cross contaminating etc. the owner at this location instantly started acting like he was a doctor and trying to tell me that it’s impossible it’s from the subs because food poisoning can’t start until 48 hours after bad food is consumed. I told him the doctor said it could start as soon as 30 minutes after consuming spoiled food. He kept saying that impossible and making it seem like I was lying. What reason would I have to lie? I don’t want my money back or any sort of credits because I will never be returning to another subway because of this horrible experience. Save your money and make subs at home. This location is clearly unsanitary
