- WCWala CampbellNov 15, 20251.0My daughter and I went to grab sweet onion teriyaki subs at this location. About 5-6 hours later my daughter’s stomach started hurting her a lot and shortly after she started to vomit. Mine started about 2 hours later. We both couldn’t sleep that night and in the morning went to the walk in and they confirmed it was food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that day so it was a given it was from the subs. I called to make the subway location aware of what happened and to be careful with what they are serving or cross contaminating etc. the owner at this location instantly started acting like he was a doctor and trying to tell me that it’s impossible it’s from the subs because food poisoning can’t start until 48 hours after bad food is consumed. I told him the doctor said it could start as soon as 30 minutes after consuming spoiled food. He kept saying that impossible and making it seem like I was lying. What reason would I have to lie? I don’t want my money back or any sort of credits because I will never be returning to another subway because of this horrible experience. Save your money and make subs at home. This location is clearly unsanitary

I ordered a veggie delight and i told her to scoop out the bread as i loke less bread and more veggies in taste and she started saying i can’t put extra and i was like i did not even asked to put extra. Later she used cheese without asking and i was like i dont want cheese slice on my subway. I frequently visit subway but haven’t encountered such behaviour ever. That’s what subway is famous for eating healthy and clean. And getting customised subway but she was i have to follow the formula. Extremely rude and poor customer service.
