My friends and I (12-13 years old) like to come to this subway because it is close. I walked in and asked her "How's your day going?" She did not respond. She had a frown on her face the entire time I was ordering and I was being very respectful. I went during the day, around 11 am. Another time, I walked into the place and she immediately kicked us out. There was no reason for her to kick us out. My friends and I have been discussing choosing another location entirely. Honestly, I hope things do get better because this is a convenient location for us.

Checked my phone order is cancelled. Girl is locking up front door, I ask when they close and she says 1030pm. I said that’s odd that Skip let me order if you were closed. She says oh I saw it come through and then it was cancelled. The only way to cancel the order would have been from their end (Subway). Didn’t think anything more of it until I decided to check the store hours this morning and they closed at 11pm. Thought it was strange to close on the half hour and for Skip to accept my order, trust your gut. Frustrating !!
