  Amy was an absolute pleasure as our server. She was incredibly smiley, warm, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Her positive energy really made the whole experience more enjoyable. She was also very helpful — attentive without being intrusive, quick to answer questions, and made sure everything was just right. Great service like this truly stands out. Thank you, Amy!

  Our server Laurie was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. She knows her stuff - promote this woman now! The food was very tasty and drinks were flowing well. Nice crowd, not too loud, and parking was plentiful. Great place for a night out.

  Had a great lunch yesterday at Montanas! We celebrated my boyfriend & his good friends birthday; 8 of us total. Service was exceptional, so welcoming; sang to the men for their birthday, and when the one kid of our group didn't know/enjoy how much fat comes on a beef brisket; they brought out only non- fatty pieces for him to enjoy with his mack and cheese. Being accommodating and understanding like that is just so kind, especially when its a kid. 10/10 will be back to try more on menu since everything looked spectacular!

  I was really disappointed with my experience today. If a store is open, basic customer service should still be a priority. I visited on Sunday, March 8 around 10:22 PM, and there was no one at the front desk until about 10:40 PM. Standing there waiting that long without any acknowledgment was frustrating. When a staff member finally came, she mentioned that the kitchen was closing at 10:45 PM and that they couldn’t take any orders unless it was for takeout. She also said she was the only person working at the time. While I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging, customers should still be greeted or informed about the situation instead of being left waiting. That girl was extremely rude and will not be coming back at this location

  Went out for dinner to montanas and was really happy with out experience. Our server Tammy was very kind and helpful with the menu. She was a great service checking in frequently and making sure we were having a good experience. The food was incredible, good portion sizes and sauce selections were great. I appreciated the birthday treat and song , and would definitely recommend coming here for a good family experience.
