  Made reservations for our family of 5. We showed up to the restaurant. We waited for staff to come and seat us. Restaurant was busy but not packed. Multiple Staff made eye contact but no one bothered to even come to say hi or acknowledge us. Waited for about 5 mins and decided to leave. Very poor customer service.

  terrible customer service, ordered through the phone, no one took a name. said it’d be 20 minutes. upon arrival, my husband was waiting at the door for 10m before being greeted with “what are you here for” and asked for a name in which the lady on the online never asked for. didn’t have the order ready, told us to wait another 15. went back, still didn’t have it ready, waited another 30 minutes for our food.

  Kaitlin was absolutely wonderful. We have a tradition for our friends birthday on news years day and she made it very special!! I had an all-time order of ribs and mashed potatoes and it did not disappoint. 10/10 experience.

  Is there such thing as customer service? Arrived at 5PM on a Tuesday night (over Christmas break) and there were two couples before us. Happened to walk in as hostess was taking their names and she added us to the list. She then disappeared into the back of the restaurant and didn't come back for 20 mins...we timed it! Many other customers came in and wanted to know where the hostess went. Nobody else that worked there came to the front of the restaurant to check on the new customers. Most people left. I informed people that the hostess took our names in a book so they should keep track of the order they arrived in for when she eventually came back. A different hostess came back (after 20 mins) and didn't apologize. She just asked what order people came in. My wife and I ended up waiting 30 mins to finally get our table. When we got into the seating area there were dozens of empty tables! I have no idea why they made everyone wait. The waitress who served us also didn't apologize for anything. She took our orders and disappeared. Someone else delivered the food and the waitress didn't come back until our meal was over. She didn't ask if we wanted anything else (like dessert or coffee) and simply brought the bill. I have been to this restaurant before and had great service so I am not sure if it was an off night or if new management has taken over, but it will be a LOOOONG time before I return to this place!

  So I was really excited to try a brisket burger from Montana’s near my place. After adjusting my order and Putting it in my cart It said item not available at this location. No problem, I proceeded to order a seafood pasta that also looked delicious on their menu. I did this through a desktop computer and Upon cashing out, it had said pay now or pay at restaurant. This was at 3:50 PM today. Upon arriving at the restaurant The hostess Said she was going to Get my order, She came back and Told me there was nothing in the queue with that order or with my Name. She asked me a few questions how I ordered if I had a confirmation of receipt. I had put my email address and my phone number on my order. And it did State that it would be ready by 4:10 PM. After checking a second time, she told me that there was nothing there. She also said there was no option to pay at restaurant. I am pretty disappointed that the desktop version is different than when ordering on the mobile phone. She offered no resolution and didn’t even seem very apologetic that this had happened. Not saying it’s her fault, Glitches happen. However, no resolution for what happened which I was annoyed about. Probably won’t be ordering from them ever again.
