  First time here…it was awesome! I got the Mac and cheese and buffalo chicken and it was so creamy and cheesy! So much better than the one at Jack Astors which was filled with oil. Another friend had the beef ribs, which was good but didn’t have the smoke flavour. Another friend got wings which she liked but wished she had more sauce (she asked, but didn’t get it) The desert cookie, recommended by our waiter, Katylin, was so good! The ice cream was nice touch but it had a bit too much toffee sauce which made it hard to finish completely. Other than that, Montanas was great! I would recommend and go there again!

  I had an amazing experience at Montana’s BBQ thanks to our server, Kaitlyn, who went above and beyond from the moment we sat down. Right away, she greeted us with a warm smile and a super friendly attitude that made us feel genuinely welcomed. She struck that perfect balance between being attentive without hovering, checking in at just the right times to make sure we had everything we needed. Kaitlyn knew the menu extremely well and gave great recommendations, she didn’t just list items, she actually explained what she personally likes and what customers usually enjoy. It felt honest, not scripted, which made choosing our meals way easier. She was also quick to offer substitutions and options, making sure everything matched exactly what we wanted. One thing that really stood out was how patient and professional she was. Even when the restaurant got busy, she never rushed us or seemed stressed. Drinks were always topped up, plates were cleared quickly, and she always made sure we were happy with each part of the meal. She even checked in after our mains to make sure everything tasted perfect, which showed she truly cared about our experience. Her personality added so much to the visit, she was funny, polite, and genuinely kind. She made us feel more like guests than just customers, which is rare nowadays. You can tell she takes pride in her job and cares about creating a great experience for everyone she serves. Overall, Kaitlyn made our visit to Montana’s BBQ one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. If you ever go, ask for Kaitlyn, she’ll make your night. The restaurant is lucky to have someone with her level of energy, professionalism, and customer service. Highly recommend!

  I just went out to eat with my family and we ordered our food, but when we started eating and picked up the cutlery, it had food residue on it and was dirty. We asked for replacements, but the ones they brought were the same. They brought new cutlery again, and it was the same. They replaced it three times, and all the utensils were the same. The waitress just kept saying "I'm sorry." My question is, if the dishes and cutlery are in that condition, how are they going to cook the food, and what kind of cleaning do they do before preparing it? It's awful. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮That disgusted me. I left the food there and went to be with my family.

  Our server Tammy was very friendly. We split our main dish and she didn’t mind at all (even brought us an extra dish and spoons to make it easier). Food is food and atmosphere is what you’d expect for Montana’s.

  My wife, daughter and I came for my Aunts 97th birthday. Kaitlyn was great, she got us situated, a booster seat for my toddler, crayons and a kids menu. The drinks/food came out quickly and was just to our liking. I rarely have steak outside of my home but it was a great cut and perfectly seasoned, Kaitlyn recommended a dish for my wife which she ended up loving. My daughter was jamming to the great music and atmosphere so we will definitely be coming back soon!
