Burger I had was still one of the better ones I've had, and that sets the bar awfully low staff was understaffed if I saw correctly, our server was going from table to table constantly, looking over a good bit (an abnormal amount of tables for one person, I think. I've not worked a day in my life so I wouldn't know) Pepsi sucked, though Come here if you wanna have a decent but not 10/10 place

The servers just keep running around and don't focus on the orders or making sure that they got your order right. The staff also talks to customers super loudly which disturbs the others trying to eat and have a conversation at nearby tables. So the service and atmosphere can be improved a lot here. The Kelsey's at the Oshawa Center mall has much better service and staff. The staff needs to work on focusing on the orders and not try to have lengthy conversations with customers. Everyone's there to eat, so please focus on getting the orders right and the food is why everyone is there, not to make friends and have lengthy loud chats with the staff - that won't help you get better tips or returning customers.
