  Kelsey’s entrance is on the north side along Taunton Road. The place looks and feels like most other bar-style restaurants, so nothing really stands out in terms of atmosphere or layout. The service is good, and the staff are friendly and quick. The food is also good and comes out as expected. It’s a dependable spot if you want something easy and familiar. They also have happy hour deals, which are worth it if you want the best value for your money. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab a meal or a drink, especially if you’re nearby and want something simple and reliable.

  Service was fast and efficient. Abby checked in on our table multiple times with great touch points, making sure we had everything we needed. She was very attentive throughout our meal. Our food arrived within 15 minutes, warm and well-presented, and was dropped off by the manager, who also checked in on us. I noticed him actively walking the dining room and supporting the team by running food. Guests at the front door were greeted within a minute during my visit. Even without a designated host, all staff were watching the door and stepping in as needed. The dessert menu was already on the table upon arrival, which made it easy to choose our options. After clearing our plates, Abby asked if we wanted dessert, and I ordered the Butterfinger ice cream cake — she said it was a great choice. Overall, the service was good: fast, attentive, and exactly what you’d want for a family night out with a toddler when you need an easy, efficient experience without any chaos.

  Had a great dinner at Kelseys. We had an issue with one dish but the manager Tyler was fantastic.Amazing manager he took ownership and accountability and corrected the issue on the spot.Taylor the server was fabulous, even with a full section she still treated every single customer like they were the only ones here. If I could give 6 stars for service I would.

  I had very bad experience from this restaurant server on the halloween Friday October 31 evening around 8:52pm. I was delivering with Uber eats and I picked up an order from this location. A. Server he is on his black hat and half sleeve shirt (don’t know he is a manager) handed over the order and immediately i was assigned with one more order from the same place, I came back to the restaurant and waved him as he standing in the bar and said I have one more order to pick. He turned to me and said you still here and laughed at me and asked what you need. I said i have one more order to pick. He just pointed to delivery table and ask me to pick, i pick the order and left. Immediately he shouted “get out of here”. I just replied him this is inappropriate and racist comment. Restaurant was loud and noisy. I do not want to creat a scene so I immediately left. He spoiled my day. It keeps coming in my mind so I thought of writing a review. Everyone should treat with respect and dignity even the customer or a delivery driver.

  Not trying to be that person but I had placed an order online for mashed potatoes then called to make sure they were extra mashed due to my to mouth surgery. Whoever had answered, ( some younger lady ) had a really poor attitude and wouldn’t even help me out after telling me she didn’t receive my order when it was being processed.. refused to hear me out with any questions or concerns i had which ended with me giving up and hanging up due to her being so negative and unwillingly to help in any aspect. i paid 8$ for them to fill it not even a half way full. maybe even less then half. very unpleased and disappointed to say the least. ive only had negative experiences with the younger ladies as well for some reason.
