  Can’t manage large parties even with reservations. Took one hour to get bread and over one and half hours before our food arrived and it some was cold snd we sent it back. Manger Mike still wanted to charge us for the food we never ate but provide us with a small discount. He was not apologetic at all. I can see why this restaurant has gone so down hill. It used to be great!

  I've been to the Harmony and Taunton location a few times with my children, and we've always had a great experience. Our server today was Erik today and he was very helpful! He made good recommendations and was attentive without being pushy.

  Dined in, ordered a chicken parm sandwich, & they brought out a veal parm. Unfortunately veal is strictly not allowed in our religion, rather than the blonde waitress with tattoos trying to rectify the situation, didn’t seem bothered by it. Didn’t offer to correct the order, & still charged us for the meal that was untouched. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence at this location but it left my wife so distraught & disappointed. Mistakes happen but it is what you do after to mend them. If you HATE and DISLIKE quality service I highly recommend this location!

  This is the worst location ESM I have ever been to. The food and service were so bad. They served margarine instead of butter with bread. Which tasted yuck! When I asked the server, she said this is what they serve. Her tone was like it is what it is and very rude. I have been to other locations and never had been served margarine instead of butter. On top of it had to wait 15-20 mins to just get refill without any update. Pasta sauce tasted like out of canned sauce which we get at dollar store or something. Please be careful of what they Serve.

  My husband and I visited this East Side Mario’s tonight and were greeted right away by a kind hostess, even though the lobby was quite busy. She let us know there was a wait, offered to take our number so we didn’t have to stand in the busy lobby, and brought us over to the bar area where she made sure we were taken care of with drinks quickly. When our table was ready, she seated us and shared info about the menu and gave food suggestions. Throughout the night we kept seeing her helping servers, cleaning tables, and greeting guests with such a positive attitude. We had a really nice visit, our server was also very personable and the food was delicious. The staff seemed to get along very well they were able to joke, laugh, and help each other, this makes the atmosphere feel fun and welcoming all while still providing amazing service. We will be back! Thank you to the friendly staff here for giving us a lovely date night!
