  Amazing customer service from this location. Manny and team did a wonderful job preparing and customizing my cake as I requested in a timely manner while being extremely friendly and professional

  I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen since it opened and I’ve never had any issues. I came in yesterday to pick up my mom’s small heart shaped cherry cheesecake cake and I was giving something completely different than what I asked for. I had called back and explained to the woman on the phone and she was very ignorant and not polite. She was fighting with me saying that’s how the cake is made and is supposed to look then hung up. I am very disappointed and very upset as it’s my mom’s 60th birthday and that was a shame given all the birthdays and times we’ve spend at this location over the years.

  I bought a cake from a Whitby location and they had no one who could write on the cake. Called this Dq and explained to them and with out hesitation they said bring the cake over.

  I will never be going back to this location ever again, unless they make change in their staffs attitude. A woman answered the phone and instantly had an attitude. The gentleman at the window was rude and disrespectful. He told me to learn how to speak, maybe you should learn how to speak to your customers with respect. I hope no one else gets the level of disrespect I received.

  Absolutely horrible!!! If I could leave less than one star I would. I had places an order, paid for the order through Uber Eats. It was a simple order 1 small mocha brownie blizzard, 1 large mocha brownie blizzard. When order arrived, it was 2 small blizzards, but on the receipt taped to the bag, was my name and the correct order. I called right away, spoke with a girl who passed me to a man who said he was the manager. I once again explained the situation, he asked me for my phone number as he needed to contact his boss to explain the situation also asked me for my number to call back, he acknowledged that it was their mistake and I would be getting a free blizzard. He called me back in about 10 minutes. Explained they couldn't do anything that night, but would deliver it to me the next day. I agreed. He called me back about 15 minutes later to ask for my address. Also, asked me when I would like the delivery. He asked when I ate dinner, and would have it delivered after dinner. I waited 2 hours after the time I told him I ate dinner. I called again. A girl answered the phone, I explained what the situation was, all the while, she was talking over me not even listening to what I was saying!! She was extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. Then she said she needs to get her manager, then proceeded to hang up on me! About 15 mins later, she calls stating that they don't do deliveries on Saturday or Sunday!! I said that's fine, I understand, however, the "manager" from the night before promised the delivery knowing full well that it was a Sunday!! I explained that you can't go back on your word and that's not good business!! She hung up on me!!! I've tried calling to get the situation rectified, Noone is answering the phone!!! Can't even fix a simple issue when it is THEIR mistake! I recommend to stay away from this Dairy Queen as they don't seem to have common sense or good business sense. Stay away and save yourself any aggravation. The employees don't care about customers or quality customer service! They are rude and very unprofessional. Go to the Dairy Queen in the North end!! Much better service and people.
